Bat is Good, only wish was a different color
Was asked to leave a review before I even received the bat (was delayed by 1 day, selected 2 day delivery) and I had planned on updating after receiving it. There was then a smart comment made by the company even after stating would rewrite after received the product.
Bat is great, did have a small paint run but other than that it was delivered in great condition. Just wish I got a different color (hate orange lol).
Would be 5 stars but was called “ridiculous” by Bats Plus

The email is automated and leaving a 1-star review because your order is delayed buy a couple of days by UPS is kind of ridiculous.

Good Communication on status of order. Delivery was within advertised time. Although you do not get a receipt with a link to the order. Thought that was strange.

We had an amazing experience with Bats Plus. My husband accidentally purchased the wrong bat and they were great with swapping it out for the correct one. The bat still arrived in one business day. We will for sure be using Bats Plus in the future.

One happy camper
Went in search of a specific limited edition bat late Monday night. Found the bat for a competitive price here. Saw another bat for sale here that I wasn’t necessarily looking for but didn’t know I could still find it new and unused in wrapper. Couldn’t pass it up so I bought both. Ordered Monday evening. Bats shipped to my door Thursday before noon. Tracking with UPS was seems and 2 hours early. Obviously depends on location but now I will be able to use the one bat for my league game next week. So excited about that turn around time.
