There are no words to describe Jenny as a solicitor because she is not only the best solicitor ever but she is also an amazing person.
I have been living in UK for 5 years,waiting for my Visa and I have change 4 times my solicitor until I met Jenny. she never get tired of working with my case and thanks to her everything is done now.
we all know that is not easy to deal with Home office and after my interview with them, it took more than 3.5years even to get an answer from them when it supposed to get that in short time,but no.everything was so hard and not easy but not for Jenny
Since she got my case in a short time I got the decision from Home Office wich unfortunately it was not the decision we wanted.
The home office refused my visa and decided to send me and my kids back in Albania.
I was so hopeless but like I said Jenny did her best and an amazing job.
She worked so hard on my case,we appeal the Home office's decision and she prepared all the documents need to go in court with them.I was so stressful about the court hearing and going back to Albania but,as a best solicitor she is,she prepared all documents needed in the best way,she did a professional job and one day before the date of court hearing,the home office decided to withdraw their decision and give me a 5-year refugee visa.
There was no need to go in court and all of th thanks to my solicitor Jennyfer and everything got done in a period of no more than 1year.
I would like to mentioned that after I been refused from the home office everything was so hard for me,I was suffering with house and financial situation but like I said Jenny is not the best solicitor but an amazing person.she helped me getting my on house,because I was in a hotel with two kids,a child 10 year old and a baby boy two weeks old that time.even though is not her duty to get involved in housing and financial issues,she did it because she is a lovely person and she never make me feel like I am her client but like I was her friend.
I will never forget the day I met her for the first time in her office, she was kind and friendly to me and my kids and all the time with a lovely smile in her face.
I will never forget that Jennyfer Fitos saved my life and my kids by going back to Albania and giving them a happy a safe life here in UK

I have no words to express my gratitude to the best solicitor I ever dealt with. I feel over the moon after hearing the great news from my solicitor Umairah Kusar ah Batley Law. She was so supportive and got all my documents necessary for my residency visa. Unfortunately, I dealt with another Immigration solicitor before dealing with her and that was my biggest mistake. I've been referred to her from a professional person . I called and they were fully booked so I hired another solicitor who did nothing except ripping me off financially and left me lost when he asked me to collect the necessary documents for my residency.
