I bought a mixer shower, it arrived faulty, i could see that the box had been opened, they ignore all my emails asking for a refund, im having to contact my bank to try and get my money back.

I contacted Bathsupermarket as I needed to replace the handles on my bathroom cupboard. Luke was very helpful and I ordered 4. They are lovely and fit perfectly! An excellent service and very speedy delivery. Thank you! 😁

I had a problem after placing my order the item ordered was not available so we were offered an alternative which I accepted. You kept in contact answered e mails promptly and kept me updated. Even sorted out delivery so my fitter could fit as scheduled.

Fraudulent Company and Unresolved Return Issue
We ordered an item that turned out to be incorrect. Over a month ago, we submitted a return request and have since received no response. We've called customer service multiple times and filled out their return form more than once, but no one has gotten back to us.

When we finally reached an individual, after speaking to us for a minute he hang up the call abruptly after pretending to escalate the matter to a manager. The lack of communication and assistance is unacceptable. Unfortunately, we are now left with no choice but to report this issue to Trading Standards.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. We strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

I purchased a brass douche thermostatic shower. Price was really good and delivery was amazing.

Awful customer service

We have been sent a faulty toilet sink&unit also the tap box has the tap bag in there but no tap ..when it got delivered the box had already looked like it had been tampered with it had double fragile tape on it and wasn't fully stuck down...they have offered me a partial refund in which I declined as I don't want a faulty item also with a missing tap it's no good to us I had fitters booked in had to reschedule them and go to my local store and purchase another..this customer service are basically making me out to be lying absolutely disgraceful

I ordered it a couple of days ago and it has arrived. I haven't fitted it yet but it looks fine. Invoice 432588.

I ordered easily and when my delivery arrived I realised I had forgotten something and rang to ask them to send it and they did straightaway so helpful and friendly

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

ordered multiple items from this store over the past year or so and we have been happy with the items other than the last where an item arrived damaged. I have been trying to contact customer service for over 2 months via live chat / email etc.. trying to return the item and have heard nothing back.

Really frustrating

Excellent customer service, quality and price. I ordered a vanity unit and tap which I had seen elsewhere. The price was significantly cheaper at bath supermarket. I had to delay the delivery and it was no problem. When I was ready to have it delivered it was with me within 24hours. The items were packaged well and delivered with care. I cannot fault the service. I am so impressed with the whole experience.

i totally made a mistake with my order and they were very quick to inform me on a saturday too and my refund was processed first thing monday morning - excellent service

My wife had planned our bathroom and what she wanted. Bath supermarket site was so easy to use and had plenty of choices. When we ordered the products they arrived on time and complete . I’d heard so many bad things about ordering online but these guys were excellent. Plus the most important thing on my side was the prices 🤑🤑.Nothing but five star service from being to end . I have a happy wife great bathroom and money left in my pocket and no stress 😎

The Tavistock Balance cabinet is good quality, it was well packed, and Bathsupermarket delivered it on time. When I had an enquiry, I got a prompt reply. A good experience and I would buy from Bathsupermarket again.

Had a small issue (I believe the courier ) but was amazed how they reacted, an item was shipped out the same day as reported and received, tradesmen out there I recommend this company 100%,

Purchased a cloakroom sink and unit via the eBay store and unfortunately there was an error and the sink wasn't packed.
These things happen from time to time, so no big deal. I messaged them to let them know and from that point the guys we're in Gary Barlow's words "absolutely fantastic" !
Honestly the team were so good, they asked for some information from me and once they had that, they sent the sink out straight away and it was with me a couple of days later.

Service like this is seemingly so rare these days, so I'm really really happy to have bought from these guys.
