Order arrived in 10 days
Order arrived in 10 days. Bath shed phoned a couple of days after the order was placed to check if I was aware that the sink came without a waste plug and asked if I wanted them to include one. Good support on their part and also a good sales technique! Well done. Sink was as expected and it was a great price.

Bathshed Review
We were dealing with Orlaith and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to deal with right from the start until the end of our bathroom renovations she was excellent.. we had a minor issue with a damaged item and Orlaith had it sorted and new item dispatched to us within hours.. quality of the stock we received is fantastic.. would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Bathshed service marred by poor delivery
Bathshed were very prompt to deliver my order and goods thankfully were as expected. However DPD clearly do not take care with the packages they transport with a pole protruding from the packaging and packages inside dented. Bathshed have also some responsibility here as I feel they could greatly improve how they packaged the items together.
I informed the driver that I needed to own the package and inspect the contents but he just put the package down and left.
I will not be ordering again from Bathshed whilst they chose DPD to deliver orders.

Purchasing from the Republic of Ireland with ease
I’m based in Cork. I purchased a radiator I saw online. It was as stunning as the picture. There is a WhatsApp number that I was able to communicate with a member of staff to ensure its suitability. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Speedy delivery and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this company. Well done guys 👏. Sandra

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with . Customer service was excellent, communicated with Charlotte and we received brilliant customer service from them, after calling several bathrooms companies which frustrated us as we needed to sort this quickly .
Bathshed immediately answered all our answers and concerns and helped us to put a reasonable priced package together . Delivery was earlier than expected as well.
The quality of the bath side panels and glass panel are impressive. Very happy with everything will definitely use this company again .
Well done Bathshed !

Stuck with a product that was not what I asked for
I called the company before placing the order specifically to ask whether the push button on this product was made of metal and was told that it is. On arrival, it turns out that the push button is made of plastic, and now I don't have time to return it and order anything else.

Excellent quality shower door
Excellent quality shower door. Fitted easily yesterday by the plumber. The criticism I have for Bathshed is the price for transport and lack of communication from them regarding delivery. I had to purchase this shower door as it was such a difficult size.

Thank you for your review.
We're pleased to hear you're happy with the quality of your shower door.
We would, however, like to clarify the comments regarding communication. Your order was placed on a Saturday, and on the first working day we sent you an order update, followed by a dispatch confirmation with full tracking details. Once your order left our warehouse, the courier also provided delivery updates, and your order was delivered within 2 working days of dispatch.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the delivery charge. Unfortunately, shower doors of this size have to be transported on a pallet using a specialist pallet courier, so these transport costs are outside of our control. We do, however, feel it's important to clarify the timeline of your order and the communication provided throughout.
Kind regards,
The Bathshed Team
Communication about delivery let the process down
Reasonable range, prices and quality- communication and delivery process needs work though - minimal advance notice of delivery (1st communication was on the day) or clear time slot. Should be an easy fix for bathshed but frustrating for the customer who wants to check them when they receive high value goods.

The only outstanding items on your order are the vanity unit and matching tall unit, which have been delayed due to an unexpected stock issue at the manufacturer's warehouse. Unfortunately, this is completely outside of our control.
As soon as we were notified of the delay, a member of our team contacted you to explain the situation and provide an updated delivery timescale. We have continued to keep you informed, and the remainder of your order has already been delivered.
We fully appreciate that delays can be frustrating. However, this was an unforeseen supplier issue, and we have done everything possible to keep you updated and ensure the remaining items are dispatched as soon as they become available.

Good service
Good product and service. But be mindful of timelines as Bathshed located in Northern Ireland and shipping is a little bit longer if your parcel needs to cross the pond.
I found customer service excellent. Highly recommended and trusted by me. Would happily purchase in future.
