We chose bathroom world as they are a family run established company .
Certainly lived up to expectations! Lucy was lovely in helping us make the right choices which fit with our budget .
Jon was an absolute pleasure to have here working , his attention to detail and accuracy is what made our bathroom exactly what we imagined .Nothing was too much trouble and he goes above and beyond for his customers.
Definitely would recommend bathroomworld to anyone looking to renovate their bathrooms.

Lucy and the team made the process from start to finish a breeze as we were unsure of sizes and how many tiles to order.

After trying to get our downstairs WC re designed for a couple of years with other company's letting us down, I eventually found Bathroom World. Lucy and her team thought of everything and gave us a fast and professional experience from design to completion. Communication was great, I received answers to my questions promptly. Bathroom world took the stress out of planning and organising the project ourselves. We are really pleased with our beautifull WC. Thank you Lucy and her team.

After visiting many showrooms, on first stepping into the showroom at Bishop Auckland branch we knew we were in good hands with Victoria, she was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy, very organized and knows her stuff, we had a budget and she worked wonders with the products chosen, the bathroom has just been finished this week and it exceeds my expectations, attention to detail and the finished product is fabulous, Frank and his team did a marvelous job with fitting, very methodical in his work and explained workarounds fully so no surprises, which often happens with an old building, we couldn't be happier with the final end result, Frank is always tidy, on time and very respectful, we've had many tradesman in the past who have been difficult to deal with and end result has been questionable, I needn't have worried, everything went like clockwork, I want to thank the whole team for making this experience stress free, I love my new bathroom!!

We already had two quotes for our new bathroom before we visited Bathroom World in Darlington. Unlike the others, Lucy listened to our ideas and, over a number of visits, worked with us to design our dream bathroom.
She got an understanding of what we liked and, when asked, provided us with great advice. Despite how long we took to reach a decision, Lucy remained patient!
We used a fitter recommended by Bathroom World (Jon Atwood) and were pleased with the way he listened to what we wanted. He was full of great ideas and was committed to giving us a bathroom with the ‘wow’ factor!
We are thrilled with our new bathroom and highly recommend Bathroom World.

Lucy is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Her communication is exceptional and we couldn’t have got to where we are without her expert guidance. If you are considering a new bathroom, I wouldn’t bother looking anywhere else. The whole team are approachable and always on hand to help in Lucy’s absence. Working with them on our house build has been a delight and I wish we could take them with us throughout other aspects of the build. Thank you so much.

Lucy and her team, left no stone unturned with meeting my exacting requirements for the high spec I wanted for my bathroom. What really impressed was Lucy's product knowledge.

From Dale measuring up to working with Lucy to chose the items for 2 bathrooms, everything went smoothly.
The choice of fittings in the Darlington showroom gave us plenty to consider.
Once ordered, the items all arrived on time and were in perfect condition.
Our fitters commented on the great quality of the items and as such they were easy to fit, very secure and look amazing.
Big thanks to Bathroom World for their help in sorting a couple of minor issues.
We are delighted at the finished result.

Excellent service throughout our bathroom installation. Nothing was too much trouble and they dealt with any hiccups very promptly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend them.

Had the tiles I wanted at a fair price. Unfortunately the tiles were damaged in transit but Lucy was very helpful in arranging a replacement delivery promptly. Great service - thanks.

We wouldn’t go anywhere else for our bathrooms- fantastic service from start to finish, nothing is ever a problem. Extremely helpful.

I went into the showroom in good faith and gave them the dimensions for my bathroom. They appeared helpful and said they would email with a quote and call to make a home appointment. However, after about 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I emailed them to check the status of my request. They replied and said they would follow up but never did. I emailed a second time but was ignored.

A disappointing experience all round, shame they can't be transparent.

I have just ordered two radiators from Lucy and could not fault the service I received. Lucy was extremely knowledgeable on the sizes required for the heat required for the room size. Lucy also went above and beyond by sorting out a plumber to come and install them for me. The service was exceptional!! Super friendly, professional and very quick service from ordering to installation. Thank you Lucy and team, we will certainly be using you again in the near future.

You know that feeling when you enter a place and just feel the need to leave? This place picks and chooses customers as they please, judging the sheep that aren't white (if you get what I mean). Appalling. No service received so zero stars for lack of effort on their part.

I have had my bathroom refitted last week. What an amazing transformation. The quality of products and workmanship is second to none. Visited Bathroom World Darlington to look at vanity units and sinks. Very impressed with the showroom. They have beautiful displays and Lucy was very knowledgeable and helpful.
