Basically saw the taps on line that we required I researched a couple of other web sites and found these to be the cheapest like for like available. The rest is simple ordered them and they were delivered a couple of days later exactly as described Very pleased with the very simple ordering process and great quality taps .I will use again when we revamp the next bathroom.

I required a new kitchen tap and found the one I was looking for online from this company.I could have got similar cheaper but not with such a long warrenty.You lost one star because when I clicked to purchase it came up saying that free delivery was not available but I still went ahead and the new tap arrived in perfect condition 2 days later.

I've been searching for a shower enclosure for a while when I found Bathroom Store Direct. I decided to purchased the Aegean Walk-In Enclosure on a Monday. I was more than pleased to have received it only two days later on Wednesday. I received a call from the delivery company 30 minutes before to inform me they were on the way. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the enclosure and the price was the lowest I found. I will definitely be using this company again!

Recieved tap fitted it which was a awful job so difficult to get at and the damn thing leaked !!! Rang and told them they wanted me to record it and send it leaking and send it to them was unable to do this. I sent it back over 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing from them nor have I had my money back!!!! Tried ringing they never answer the phone left a message to ring me back guess what thats not happened either not impressed at all !!!

The tap I ordered , sent to me on time. Before sending it to me ,the gentleman e- mailed me the images of the tap while he was on line to me for the comments and for my approval.
On approval it was received the very next day.
I appreciated good , polite service.

this is the best company i have dealt with for promt delivery and also for their packaging. delivery was estimated to be 3-5 working days, my order arrived after one working day. their packaging is exellent also. i ordered a basin tap, it arrived in a protective cloth pouch with drawstring fastening.

good quality tap.

Needed a specific tap quickly and BSD had what I needed. Ordered easily and the tap came within a few days. Not had to use customer support so can't comment on this.
