I used BD bathrooms 3 years ago and from start to finish I encountered numerous problems from no shows, late starts, damaged furniture, shower door fitted the wrong way, smashed mirror, leaks etc etc. The team rectified what problems I found. Fast forward to 3 years later and a crack has appeared in our shower tray despite nothing been dropped. I have had 3 tradesmen come out who have all said the same thing. The shower tray has not been supported properly and it should not have been raised - probably due to lazy workmanship not wanting to move piping. A weak point has caused the crack. Plus various other problems uncovered. I am not out of pocket trying to solve BD Bathrooms lazy, unprofessional workmanship. Do not sure them as this will cost you in the long run.

I ordered a toilet, sink, and tiles from Bathroom Designs Limited and had them fitted by the company. The job was promised to take no more than seven days but ended up taking a full month. They kept sending different workers (“cowboys”) and the workmanship was very poor.

The products supplied were of cheap quality, not the more expensive ones I paid for. The company repeatedly delayed the process, ignored my calls and messages, and provided extremely poor customer service throughout.

Overall, this has been the worst experience I’ve had with a bathroom company. I would strongly advise others to stay away from Bathroom Designs Limited Bolton Haliwell Road

I have things that need repairing and my bathroom was only done in.June 2022, I am still under warranty and Abdul stopped corresponding with us and is in breach of contract. Very poor and even his fitter proceeding the company that fitted ours agreed. Took.22 days to complete a poor fit, I was pressured by the owner Abdul to pay the fitter even though I was unhappy. I feel ripped off and my trust abused by Abdul.

I highly recommend this business. With the designer's expert advice, the design process was straightforward and we were booked in for installation quickly afterwards. The bathroom was installed by trustworthy professionals who could not do enough for us. The finished look is even better than we expected.

I would have no problems recommending and am really pleased with the end result.
From start to finish each step was on time with a crew of pleasant work people who were tidy, thorough and gave ideas and solutions at source which was great. All old suite taken away as well as rubbish and it’s as though the team had never been here.
Consultation process was also a good touch as my initial ideas wouldn’t have worked - leave it to the experts I say! - and new ideas were proposed which worked well. Thanks to all

Excellent. I wouldn’t have any problems recommending this company and showing off the bathrooms they did for. Full design and consultation and as the people in the know, explained there were some things I wanted that wasn’t possible. Work was finished to a high standard and nothing was too much for Abdul. Always answered / replied / got back in touch promptly. Lovely people. Wouldn’t hesitate going back to them.

Amazing and personalised service from start to finish. Bathroom Measured and designed to perfection and finished off with quality products and fit. Expert designer always willing to go the extra mile. The bathroom looks exquisite and exceptional. Can’t wait to use it and show it off! 100% recommended!

I been experience as when I first visited,been guided and devised to choose the right product whereas I was about to choose a wrong product but realise when member of staff guided me how and what to buy for best possible result of my bathroom space and it done wonderfully as the way they designed the bathroom and guide to buy the products was incredible

They have been extremely good from the beginning, making us feel comfortable and understanding what our vision is. They helped us choose everything exactly how we wanted it and explained to us what will look good and bad. Cannot recommend them enough. Cannot wait for our second bathroom to be done by them soon!
