Once I had placed the order online I received a call asking if would be convenient to deliver it the following day and it arrived as promised first thing in the morning. Brilliant!

I bought a towel radiator at the beginning of February 24. I am still waiting for it to be connected so cannot comment on the working quality. In terms of price and appearance, I am really happy as it looks great. Good communication with the sales team: I had a query about slight delay with delivery, which was replied to and rearranged. Faultless service
I can't fault the service from this company which was efficient, friendly and products were exactly as described. We live quite remotely however, within hours of making the order the office phoned to confirm the details for drop off and we took delivery within days and we were updated every step of the way. Couldn't ask any more of them - fabulous!

Not installed yet but so far looks good
I was a little dubious as to ordering from these as I'd not heard of them before, I went and read some reviews and most were good, but a few I saw not so...
Ordered on my credit card just in case, I think I ordered on the Friday, had a phone call on the Monday from their freight carrier to arrange delivery for the following Tuesday, haven't had the radiators installed yet but packaged well, fast delivery and definitely the cheapest I could find.
