RJB Group (Herts) LTD

Dear Reece,

Thank you very much for making our house move so seamless. You were friendly and professional from the outset. It was great to meet the team and have a chance to discuss any issues specific to our move and property. Nothing was too much effort for the removals team and everything from start to finish went perfectly.

With a young family moving house can be an anxious time but our experience with you was the complete opposite. The team were very efficient and friendly. They were so thoughtful with the things left unpacked for the children.
As a result the morning of the move we had everything we needed to start the day with as little interruption as possible.

On arrival at our new house all the boxes ended up in exactly the right place giving us the chance to unpack quickly with the minimum of fuss.

Thank you for a fantastic job. Please pass on my thanks to all involved.

Kind regards,

Kevin

Amazing reliable and quick service. I had an emergency with an item not being collected by someone on the day I was handing keys back to landlord and I'd moved ut of the area. Reece and his business went to my property with my friend with our key within 2 hours and got us out of a massive hole. Since the business has expanded but the same ethos of quality service delivery is upheld. Well done Reece

Used Bates many times now. Reliable and excellent service at a good price.
Highly recommended

I’ve used Bates home solutions more than once and everytime it’s been effortless and a brilliant service. Will always recommend this professional company.

Contacted Bates home solutions for removal of waste. Was given a really reasonable quote with the added bonus of not having to lift a finger ourselves as the team it did all! Booked in really quickly and when the day arrived the Bates team were highly professional arrived on time and were finished within the hour. Highly recommend and will use there services in the future.

I got quotes from numerous companies and this without doubt was the best. The guys were all respectful of the items they were moving and all of them were professional throughout even when they encountered some difficult situations.

I would highly recommend.

Bates are amazing, friendly, hardworking, so helpfully from start to finish second time Iv used them and both times they have been outstanding items traveled safely and never nothing broken. Amazing bunch of guys.

Oliver and team were punctual and so hard working. They came and packed and dismantled furniture the day before we moved and I would highly recommend this service. The day of the move went so smoothly and we were happily set up in our new home very quickly. Couldn’t recommend them more, don’t hesitate.

What a great team. On time, efficient, friendly and took so much of the stress out of the day.
From packing up to unpacking at the other end, just a great bunch of guys through the whole day.

Great service, very efficient and everyone was lovely.

I wasn't sure if I needed the moving company to pack my stuff and take it to the new home. I'm so glad my friend recommended Bates Solutions! Great bunch of guys. They arrived early on Friday to pack my belongings and take away the furniture I wanted to dispose of. After four hours my flat was full of carefully packed boxes. They came back the next morning to move the boxes to the new place leaving each box in a designated room. They even carried my mum's luggage upstairs as she flew in to help with my move. Mario also fixed the door for a built in fridge freezer. All the guys went above and beyond. The best money I've ever spent. Thank you Oliver and the team for making the move much easier to cope with. Would not have done this without you.
