disappointing experience with Bata Voucher
I had a very disappointing experience with Bata. I purchased a voucher worth 3000 BDT expecting a smooth and respectful shopping experience. However, when I visited the outlet to use it, the behavior of the staff was extremely unprofessional and discourteous.
What’s even more frustrating is that this didn’t happen just once—it happened twice. The second time was so unpleasant that I ended up not even using the voucher at all.
As a paying customer, I expected basic courtesy and support, especially when using a voucher issued by the brand itself. This kind of treatment reflects poorly on the brand’s customer service standards.
I hope Bata takes this seriously and ensures better training for their staff, so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.
