I wouldn’t even give them a start this site is a con honestly the worst con ever I won’t £4800 and withdrawn it to a Mastercard repeatedly but never came into my account was keep cancelling then they was telling me my bank wasn’t allowing it which was lies I called the bank don’t put money in unless you don’t want any back scam site make me sick

Shocking site I won 4800 tried to cash out wouldn't let me saying needed a master card and can only withdraw €400 at a time and wants commission and you to tip your account manager
Get random calls from an account manager just stay clear it's a con really wants shutting down

well I joined basswin77 beginning of June I won about 250 pounds but couldn't withdraw it as I had to send then my bank card details a utility bill an open passport and a selfie of me holding the passport open they rejected my photo with me holding passport about 30 times in the meantime iv played my winning it's now 4600 and quess what carnt withdraw it as I haven't got

they take deposits with it they then tried to get me to sign up with skrill who ran me ragged so I deleted them but the best part you are only allowed to withdraw up to 400 euros at a time and pay there team manager between 10 and fifty euros every time you withdraw if anyone is considering joining this casino go else where this is a scam site I will never get my money they must feel very proud of thereselfs for scamming an old age pensioner

Deposited £250 and won 770 euros. I’m fully verified. They only allow you to withdraw 400 at a time which I did. They then lie and say your bank declines the withdrawal. I played down the other 370 as I know this site is a scam! Takes them 36 hours to even approve the withdrawal for it to ‘ reject’ then you wait another 36 hours. Funny how after I signed up to this site my bank account was nearly hacked! These people have no morals!! I’m still waiting on my 400 withdrawal that should be approved tonight but I know they’re going to lie and say it was rejected again! ( asked my bank, they have rejected nothing! )

Absolute scam. Try to withdraw and it’s excuse after excuse. Verify details over and over again. Avoid!

My problem is this which has really annoyed the crap out of me, they offered a deposit of £150 and give you a measly 15% bonus on top. they said i had to wager this x1......

which was only £22 x1......Upon trying to withdraw I was immediately stopped and said I now have to wager my initial deposit of £150 x3 to be able to withdraw anything. I questioned this and they said its in the terms and conditions , so i go to the terms and conditions page and nowhere does it state that on every deposit i make do i have to wager that x3.

They even have it in the terms and conditions that if you win and withdraw they have the right to deduct 20% as a fee. Bullcra* RIGHT?

They make up any rule they see fit to stop you cashing your money out, I even started the site depositing via VISA, Upon trying to withdraw via my card i used i was told VISA is no longer available to withdraw with yet i deposited with VISA fine.

They try every trick in the book. it took ages to get verified.....I had to open a Skrill account to be able to withdraw vie virtual card Mastercard. I had to go through another verification just for that even though its there problem and not mine.

the worst scummy site i have ever witnessed, there stealing your hard earned money and there is nothing you can do about.

They also do not follow laws and guide lines, e.g when you choose to withdraw funds it is not taken from your balance and kept in safe hands until this is cleared, oh no no they keep the balance in your balance in hopes you choose to cancel the withdrawal which again is against the law.

You will notice a certain match it bonus offers a certain wagering e.g x1 This is how you will see the bonus rules before you decide to go with it, when you click it you will now find that that wagering bonus has now changed to x45, They have a habit of doing this to there players. They are scammers.

Do not ever deposit here. EVER! you have been warned.

Read the terms and conditions, It even states in there that they can legally deduct 20% of your earnings upon withdrawing your funds.
