They are THIEVES are fn thieves

We have been charged three times for the one order and they will not take us off their subscription? what ever that is. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES.
We have been billed two more times since buying ear phones I contacted them and they said they would not charge me again and the have taken money from my card with out authorisation.

La verdad no entiendo nada, por mala decisión hecho un pedido de un sujetador, nunca llego y apartir de la fecha cada mes hacen el cargo de 39,47€, si alguien sabe como cancelar estos pagos por favor que me diga como proseguir con la cancelacion de la estafa

I bought bluetooth headphones, 2 weeks later they took $61 ASD out of my bank account. They pretended that I had authorized it. I had to cancel my credit card. I now find out they've done the same thing to many other people. I should have checked them out more thoroughly. Websites ending with .com can be unsafe, because they are overseas ones. Aussie ones end with .com.au

Don't buy from Baskettop.com although I did receive the items with no invoice or order details to return for the full refund which was in advert. Then two weeks later they have taken £39.49 from my visa card without my authorisation. I certainly didn't sign up to any membership and have no contact details for them

Fup firma beliggende i Nicosia på Cypern 😡. Købte 3 anti sagging bra, pengene blev trukket omgående fra min konto. Det tog næsten 1 måned før de kom. Så I går spærrede min bank min konto, fordi de prøvede at hæve flere penge, hvilket banken opdagede. Så nu går der 1 uge før jeg får et nyt kort. Ville gerne give 0 stjerner men det kan man desværre ikke 😟. Hold jer LANGT væk fra Baskettop,bare et godt råd.

Här försökt returnerar hörlurar som är dåliga men möts av krångel och ghosting från kundtjänsten. Trots att deras returpolicy säger att man kan returnerar varor om man är missnöjd för någon anledning. 👎🏽

RIPPED OFF, after making an online purchase, I received an email confirming my order. Nothing else after that including information regarding postage of my items. I bought a set of 3 Bras that were meant to be a New Design. Each Bra was a different size and the Quality is Very cheap. Out of 3 I can only wear 1. They then took a further AU $61.59 from my bank account 10 days later. I contacted them asking what it was for to be informed that it was a monthly subscription. NO information on the email to suggest this. It is now with my bank. Beware of Scamers.

This is a scam when you purchase a product you also unknowingly sighing up to a membership I bought something for £25.99 two week later they took a payment for £39.99 which I didn't authorize I couldn't find any contact details so rang bank and they are sorting it out but it takes a little while.

They are a scam and keep charging monthly fee after the purchase without any notification or invoice post the charge. Do not use them.

Endelig kom min vare. Efter 14 dage uden ordrebekræftelse eller andet livstegn, selvom pengene blev trukket omgående. Havde faktisk opgivet!

Pedí dos sujetador y eran malisimos.ahora cada mes intentan cobrarme 39,90 de la tarjeta con la que compré.no compréis nada porque luego te intentan robar de tu tarjeta.

I ordered two bras from them in a 4x they took the payment from my account may 27 but processed the order June12 and they said they never took the payment in may but clearly it’s on my Bank statement so when the bras came they were a small and not the Color I ordered and looked nothing like the pictures on there sight. I have several emails trying to get them to fix this mistake they tell lies have different policy’s, and on there website it said returns within 14 days and the package was never opened because it said small on the bag. but there new policy they told me for hygiene reasons they could not do a return. they don’t listen to what you have to say they are scammers horrible human beens. I hope karma sinks there shop
