Teddy made my first locums experience with Barton very positive and enjoyable. I greatly appreciated his consistency, his excellent communication, his willingness to answer any questions I had, and his desire to ensure that I was comfortable and happy in my assignment. I truly felt that I was his only client because of the attentiveness and helpfulness he provided to me. This experience makes me want to continue a relationship with Barton because I feel cared for, heard as a provider, and appreciated as such. Everyone is so responsive to my questions, they all return my calls promptly and help me with computer problems, filling out forms, and keeping track of my certifications. They offer me interesting assignments in the areas i might want to visit and work.

I am consistently amazed and impressed by the level of service provided by my representative, Breanna Daigle-gray. She never fails in being professionally responsive and prompt with not only her opportunities to me, but the supplemental presentations to the facility. In addition, she always demonstrates having my best interest at the center of her focus. I could not ask for a better representative. I’ve worked with Barton Associates and one of their associates several times before, and my previous experiences have always been great. Unfortunately, this assignment was a completely different experience.

I accepted an assignment at an Army base, completed all the required paperwork, and received confirmation that I was cleared to go. However, after driving approximately three hours to the assignment, I was not allowed onto the base. I tried multiple times to resolve the issue, but after speaking with the appropriate supervisor, I was told I should not have been there in the first place. The entire situation was chaotic and extremely frustrating.

I made the trip in good faith based on the confirmation I received, and now I’m still unclear about compensation and what happens next. I’ve reached out by email but have not received a clear response. Very disappointing experience, especially considering my previous positive experiences with Barton Associates.
