The camisa de chino has a return policy but they are not acknowledging it or honoring it and has been ignoring me now. XL and XXL are more like medium and large, it doesnt fit and they dont want to help a customer out. And just straight up ignoring me.

I’m very disappointed with my order.
First, I placed this order thinking it was shipping within the U.S. There was no clear information that the item would be shipped from the Philippines. Because of that, the total cost became much more expensive than I expected.
Second, I already paid for the shipping fee at checkout, but when I received the package, I was charged again for customs fees. This was never clearly explained before I placed my order.
Finally, when I checked the kimono, I found that I cannot wear it because it does not fit properly.
Overall, this experience has been very frustrating. I hope you can clarify these charges and offer a proper solution.

The item is great and delivery was quite fast. Delivery fee is quite expensive. It would be good if there were more delivery options. The packaging of delivery is not great. With the fee involved, I expected better packaging. Product arrived in perfect condition, though.

The stitching on the barongs were nice, but the overall quality was not great. The measurements online are not accurate either. I ordered two barongs in the same size and each came in different measurements. One was short an inch on the collar and the other was two inches short on the sleeves.

You need to improve your return/replace policy and/or refund if you wan to continue to have a good business relationship in the US. Your pricing is also not competitive (too high) compared to local Filipino Dealers here that even paying import taxes and overhead cost for shop rental.

Disappointed with my recent Filipiniana dress order. The seller did not follow the agreed measurements and added an extra 2 inches despite clear instructions to stick to the actual measurements I provided. The dress was also delivered late and the sewing quality was poor. I hope the shop improves its communication, timeliness, and craftsmanship for future customers.

Lesson learned: NEVER EVER BUY AGAIN A BARONG TAGALOG AT "BARONG WORLD"!! Buy it from those trusted shops or outlets instead and have it fitted physically.

The shirt is nice, but I had to contact customer service 2-3 times because they went well over the typical deadline posted on their site. Do not buy from them if you expect the products quick. It took a month and 3 days to get my shirt and it was advertised as coming from America.

This company is as deceitful as they come. I purchased a bolero set, which included a jacket and skirt, per the product description on their website. When I only received the bolero, I asked about the missing skirt. They said that because the price was marked down, the skirt was not included. There was nothing that informed me of that during the point of sale nor with my order confirmation. They only mentioned that after I reached out and inquired about the skirt. Who does that?! You don't get to change the terms of the sale after the purchase. Annoyed and irritated.
