Trinity at Cupra Stoke was brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was too much, any questions we had were answered. My mum has purchased a Tavascan and I then ended up purchasing a Born too. Loyalty was definitely rewarded with significant cost savings and a loyalty bonus which cleared any negative equity. Looking forward to continuing my journey with Cupra. By far the best cars I’ve had. Aftercare at Cupra Stoke is brilliant too, happy to investigate any issues and always look after your vehicle from start to finish.

I like Skoda Fabas (I've had 3). But if you buy a used one from Barlows Skoda in Newcastle under Lyme be aware that the 6 month warranty isn't worth the paper it is printed on. I took my current Fabia back to them for 2 problems to be rectified; they rang me back to say that the first problem couldn't be traced and the second had been fixed. The second problem was still there when I collected the car and I've fixed the first myself.

Very friendly until they got their deposits .Then rushed the sale to make a month end sale and bonus. Had the same dissinterested ignored and blanked hour wait at handover experience as other 1* reviewers. Walked away in disgust after feeling abused and threatened. After 6 months won our case via FOS, Citizen Advice and Cheshire Trading Stds. Skoda UK and VWFS were useless . Buyer beware . Go Elsewhere .

My buying experience.
Appointment to view their demo car. Did not disappoint, great car, well presented. Was early so busy setting up so left to look over Cupra Ateca.
Salesman joined me and talked through all it's features.
Entered a well light and very smart showroom, offered coffee and sat down to talk purchase. At no time did I feel pressured, all my question answer, no matter how odd. Reviewed my trade in, set about test drive. I asked that the salesman drive, so I could get a better feel re drive, comfort and ease of driving. The Ateca did not disappoint, just superb. I was given the chance to drive, but declined, I was already sold. Back to showroom, price re trade in brilliant, so deal done. I didn't know you could experience such a relaxed, no pressure and dare I say enjoyable 80 mins when spending money. Kelvin (salesman) is a true professional in ever way, from my initial enquiry to arrival, he was pleasant, cheerful and only to happy to explain features and offer some sound advice.
Final will be once car collected 6 days later. my choice of day.

I rang to buy a new Skoda and ask about price, I spoke to James. A total waste of my time, he would not answer a question on price, just misdirected me all the time and then was so abrupt when I said I don't seem to be getting any further forward. Not good customer relations which I fear would reflect on any future interaction if I had bought a car. There are many good Skoda dealers further afield with really helpful sales staff and customers have a choice, I have now made that choice.

So if you want to be accuses of thieving and made to feel totally sick.in your stomach with anger buy yourself a motor from Barlow motors at Crewe. I have just had such an experience and after emailing the manager and ccing the motability salesman Anthony About it I still haven't had an apology off either the idiot that said it or the company. I will defininatley not be buying another thing from them and I am getting g I touch with Skoda UK to see if I can brake my car elsewhere for its services. Shocked to the core.
