Ruby and I love BarkBox! This company is very helpful trying to get Ruby the right type of toys in her monthly BarkBox. Ruby loves destroying fuzzy, soft squeaky toys, lasting only minutes… but her true love are the heavy chewer bouncy balls under a thin material or by itself. After daily and nightly play, these ball type toys are lasting! She loves them! Ruby is a 1 year old red nose Pitbull Terrier and very atheletic. Thanks BarkBox!

Always great customer service

I have been getting the BarkBox for over 12 years! My dog loves the mix of treats & toys, he is so excited to get it every month. I think every dog owner would enjoy this.

I love everything about Barkbox, their toys are the only ones my very curious cattle dogs can play with without causing destruction and inevitably needing new toys. The treat dispensing toys in particular are great! Customer service is, as always, top tier.

Winston looks forward to receiving his package each month. His is always happy with everything received.

My dogs enjoy their Barkbox, but they do have A LOT of toys.

We (humans) and the pups loved the toys. Especially the ones that had surprises on the inside when the pups destroyed the outside layer.
The only reason why I am not renewing, is because my entire house looks like a romper room LOL. The toys are durable so they do last. I will renew if they ever tear them up or they are just too old.
The toys are washable as well.

The treats have been very well-chosen for sky. It was an all around good experience. I would recommend you to others

So this place is absolutely incredible especially if you have a 75lb pitbull that destroys everything that they come in contact with .. on a real serious note if your dog goes thru toys really quick I totally recommend getting yourself a bark box bc there toys are really really durable and last years believe it or not and they happen to be my dogs favorite toy company as well !! In fact she still has one of her very first toys we had ever purchased from them .. and it was a candy corn not a plushy or anything soft it was a hard rubber material and to this day when I look at her and tell her to go and grab her candy corn she gets super excited!!

I am able to get a BarkBox lite, which is one toy and one bag of treats. It also comes with a Beef Powder, which we don't use and requested not to receive, and they have customized it like that. They are very responsive to feedback and requests. This company has great customer service.

We subscribed a few years ago for our newly adopted dog Sophie. She eagerly awaits for her delivery! They’ve always made sure to send the perfect toys(she’s a super chewer)and if she does chew through they mail her a new one! They stand by the products let it be toys,foods or clothing. We are 100% happy with Bark Box!

I have asked several times to send me toys with no cloth material and I finally received the toys with no cloth like material on them so just wanted to say thank you for listening 😊

Very good service if something goes wrong they make it right.. Very responsive to correspondence. Enjoy getting the bags once a month.
