You had to substitute some items but did this cleverly - and wrote me a handwritten note explaining why. Fine!
The delivery story is odd. I got messages from Amazon saying delivery was delayed and would not happen until tomorrow. I needed the keyrings today, as gifts. I contacted you, and Tracy responded helpfully. Then further messages - and the stuff arrived yesterday. Also fine!
