I’ve been the recipient of many of their socks now (the ribbed ones are a personal favourite) and recently came across a slight defect in a pair received as a gift.
The Bare Kind customer service team, Emefa specifically, were responsive, they listened to my concern, and their support was exemplary!
Within a week, the customer support team had dealt with my enquiry and sent me replacements and gone absolutely above and beyond to ensure that when I opened my package I’d be over the moon.
The quality of Bare Kind products is like no other sock, offering top comfort and while this may seem specific, the bamboo plushness helps the foot glide right into shoes without issue.
Definitely a favourite business and one you should support, they’ll not disappoint!

I ordered socks as a Chistmas present but received the wrong order with 5 days to go. I had a response to my email the same day and the correct order arrived in time to wrap on Christmas Eve. Mistakes happen - Barekind handle them with grace and efficiency.

A bit disappointed
I ordered a two pack of socks as a gift, the picture showed one pair in light blue and the other slightly darker. They arrived promptly however both pairs were the same colour. Not a huge deal but a little disappointing.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. When there was an issue with my order my heart sunk because there was no contact telephone number. I sent an email expecting to be waiting days for a reply, this however was not the case and Beth got back to me exceptionally quickly. All was sorted and I was kept informed. I felt like a valued customer. Things don’t always go to plan but everything was dealt with promptly when an issue arose.
I also must add that the socks are lovely, they are soft, comfortable and the designs are great. I will definitely be buying from Bare kind again.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Very responsive and went above and beyond to resolve an issue that was Royal Mail's fault. The socks are also good quality and it's nice to know that part of the profits go to charities that help animals.

Great products & amazing service
I have bought so many of these socks now, I love the designs and they’re good quality. I thought I had an issue with the sizing as some of the bigger size socks looked the same as the smaller size, but when I contacted them via email, Emefa assured me they were sometimes like that but they would still fit….which they did!:) very happy with the socks and the customer service:)

I second Sarah Cross' review
I second Sarah Cross' review. I sent in an order then emailed an amendment half a day later when I realized I had misinterpreted the UK to US size conversion. The rep, Emefa, took care of the change and still was able to mail the socks within the original time frame. My order is not expected for a few more days so I can't comment on the look and feel of the socks yet, but the variety of patterns and ethos of the company are laudible.
