​I cannot thank the team at Barcan+Kirby enough for their support during my recent sale and purchase. Moving house is stressful enough, but we encountered a significant number of legal hurdles that could have easily derailed everything.
​Sally Stainton and Jack were absolute powerhouses. They navigated through every legal issue with total professionalism and expertise, ensuring our interests were protected at every turn. Did not listen to how we wanted the pace of the house sell to go.
They were more guided by the company who was selling the house. Which resulted in them doing work they were not asked to do yet by their client.
Did challenge having to pay £1200 + for a house we didn’t buy but didn’t make a difference because it’s all tied up in legal terms and conditions. We just didn’t want to pay for work we didn’t ask for. Unfortunately money grabbing like most.
