It’s functional. I’d recommend it.

Very simple to use, haven’t had a problem since joining 6 months. Feels good saving money with a black bank.

I cannot find a location near me to deposit money to the account! I have called several times and those locations that your automatic service are not accurate! I can not get a live rep on the phone

Anything new is bumpy, and corrections have to be made along the way. I appreciate that I have not experienced any bumps so far.

I’m really happy about having the option to bank with a black owned institution. I have no complaints — GREAT experience so far.

Greenwood is an excellent new bank/banking app that functions very easily. Definitely recommend this new revolutionary bank!

I have not been able to access my account online or through the app and customer service was supposed to be troubleshooting the issue but I have not heard back from anyone in a month. Still can’t access my account and I will not deposit any funds until I can.

Card won’t work. None of the tips given by the support team will work. Not sure what to do.

So far so good. I did think that the waiting list was going to be completed before the app was available to the general public. Aren’t there 700,000 people still on the wAit list???

So far Greenwood is working well for me. I haven’t had any issue.

Being part of a bank that is for the Black and Latino culture…my culture, is the treason I chose Greenwood. The level of support here is unmatched and I truly thank Killer Mike and the rest of the team for giving us a chance to show that we can be a part of a great thing!

It took way took long for my bank to bank transfer.

It was a little difficult getting started but I am okay now. I had to have a company assistant help setup payroll deduction. She was able to fix the problem on her end.

So far I have been very happy with it, and I looking to expand my service soon.

I haven’t fully made the switch to Greenwood as my main bank because it is still in its infancy. However, I will say that what I have been experiencing has exceeded my expectations. I am definitely excited for what is to come.
