I receive a high number of "Local Energy Advisor " scams from this provider formally known as Voxbone SA.
Irresponsible company, at best.
UK based techbusiness which used to be called Voxbone; the company was bought and is now known as Bandwidth. This company advise on, and sell, AI voice messaging services to businesses who use these systems instead of using human beings to take customers' calls. Scammers frequently use these AI phone systems to assist in operating scams.
They literally couldn't give a damn...
Like every other person on here, I detest these amoral and derelict excuses for people. They don't care who they sell services to, and even when they are advised that their customers are behind illegal activities, they literally couldn't give a damn. Their customers are responsible for wholesale GDPR and other abuse of privacy and basic decency. I came across them when two of the numbers on their network called our phones using despicable AI software that doesn't declare itself as this, it pretends to be real people, and pretends to be calling on a legal basis, with consent, when it has NONE whatsoever. Bandwidth SHOULD take responsibility for these breaches of the law, and terminate the services, but they spew lies, and step back blaming their clients, pretending they are 'licensed' operators, when their clients (Connex One / ConnexAI) are actually the individuals behind the disgusting AI calling software and these amoral practices. I wrote to ALL of their ignorant directors number of times, who reside in ivory towers, creating a world of evil. May they rot in the hell they create.
Endless scam calls for many months…
Endless scam calls for many months coming directly from this company. They are the worst of the worst.
Be very careful - They will waste your time and you will lose money. Guaranteed.
Be very careful. They will onboard you, wind you up and completely waste your time. I lost an entire week and thousands of dollars holding on to their promises.
I worked with Douglas, Christopher, Logan & David. Seem to be good guys, but they carried me for a spin. They ended up saying they could not provide the solution due to an address entered on our profile (the address was an incorrect one) which they didn’t allow us to correct.
Completely and utterly waste of time. My advise. Try Prelude or Sinch. Much better customer service and they actually value you!
Criminal scammers are their favorite…
Criminal scammers are their favorite customer and there is not even a way to report criminal activities with the phone numbers they provide.
Report them to the FCC and let the government remove their license. Pieces of shit.

This company helps criminals get phone numbers to be used for scams. This is a bad company.
3k minimum commitment
3k minimum commitment if you want to use their apis, only finding this out after arranging to talk to sales....waste of time.
Collection Call
I received a call stating there was a "case" against me. The caller's name was "Jordan Allen". He didn't say who he was representing. He said he had certified documents to deliver to me and needed to have a witness and I needed to be present to show my photo ID. He would go to my home and then to my job. The call came from 512-838-3124. When I looked up the number it show it belongs to BANDWIDTH.COM CLEC, LLC - TX Austin.
Fraud like potus!
Maybe connect them with shit diaper dumpy trumpy. They’re both scamming frauds!

Received 3 phone calls from advertisers scam. All three were numbers within Brodband.com.
This is likely a scam front company.
This is a scam company no doubt. They provide virtual numbers to "Grasshopper" virtual secretary service that are completely "not" portable. Just a base company. now I must change my credit card number because they likely may sell my personal info. Will not call back or answer phone. (Grasshopper, a Guatemala Co , however may be a legitimate company who did return my funds after not able to service my assigned number, yet this is their parent company so I must assume care and warn others to do their own research before trusting either company.
No go
This company sells numbers to scammers. I will never work with them again, cause the scammed people complained to my company. This is definitely a no go.

I just received multiple calls back to back to back... from a number listed as Bandwidth LLC. The weird thing is my phone somehow made 10 calls back to that number at the same time. What is up with that?

In last 2 hours have had 4 calls from bandwidth.com VOIP numbers from different US states. Obviously scam and others have stated the same. I recommend ignoring, reporting, and blocking any number you receive from this companies VOIP service.
Foundation of most fraud calls
Foundation of most fraud calls. I have tracked and found this company has little to no security or accountability. I have been researching phone scams and found many scams utilize this service. Any buisines that utilizes this service is conducting fraudulent activities and benefits from their lack of security. This is a criminal company and has been reported to the FBI and DHS. They have no mechanism to monitor their VOIP service and are making money by promoting there services to criminal organizations around the world. These are bad people.

I am only going on an experience I had recently. Someone claiming to be someone else chatted me up for about a week, of course I was a bit suspicious, but I played the game to prove to myself I was right about what I felt.
So yes I know for a fact that scammers are using this company. BE CAREFUL
Stop the Spammers
First of all, we are registered on the Do No Call List. Second, we just filed a complaint with the FCC. Hey, we just love to get spam calls every morning at 5 a.m., don't you?? After a week of this invasion, we checked the spam callers' numbers online and found three of the spammers, and then traced them to the "carrier" - Bandwith.com. Clearly, Bandwith.com is enabling spammers. Check on the site: [we] "Automate your phone number management [offering]... A vast phone number inventory from 65+ countries accessible in one place. Grow faster and consolidate carriers confidently with Bandwidth’s simplified, automated phone number ordering and management." You bet Ya! The last "local" spammer was calling from an island off Africa. Further, Bandwidth's solution on its website to combat spammers - You, the public, are to take time out of Your Day and contact Bandwidth, easy peezy - simply provide your personal information on its form or call to a recording. Nope.. just Go to the Top People!
Sell services to spammers
Do not carry out proper checks on those they sell their numbers to and are only interested in making money. Allow their numbers to be illegally used by cold callers with no permission and fake data to make spam calls to TPS registered numbers. Do not answer if you try to call them to find out details so you can get these companies to update their records and comply with GDPR. Clearly their sales pitch about taking this seriously is as much false baloney as their other actions.

If you enjoy supporting a business that allows scam artists and robocallers to steal from and annoy people, this is the perfect company for you! I've traced endless robocalls back to this business. Recently the calls are from a government grant scam artist based in India.
