If I could give them -00000000000001, even that would be too good for them. This business and I use the term loosely, are a Copyright breach nightmare. I've waited 2 months trying to get videos from them that haven't got massive copyright issues. They've revised the videos 3 times and sent them back the same. I asked for a refund, no, they don't do refunds they reckon. DO NOT USE THESE USELESS THIEVES. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!

videos were absolutely slow overdue by like 3 days. had multiple spelling errors and was just overall low quality. they use ai and don't even check the subtitles and use free editing software to edit. Absolutely not worth it with the slow time as well. Better to create ads yourself

It took 4 drafts and 3 weeks to get my final creative. That’s unacceptable. When making revisions most of the time they don’t even make the effort to search and find high quality B-roll on the net. I also got charged twice for the same creative back in April - it was a duplicate payment and to this day they haven’t refunded the money. Stay away!!
