I don't normally leave reviews, I came here to try an off set all of the bad ones and tell my own experience. I joined BAM in November of 2022. I had tried other courses about lead generation, made a little bit of money but was always struggling to really scale.

The biggest difference getting into BAM was the group coaching and community. Being able to hop on a zoom call and ask Josh directly for advice on what I was doing really helped.

I scaled my agency to about $6,000/mo in a few months, which was more than I had ever thought possible (not everyone has dreams of being a millionaire haha).

I'm not sure why there is so much negative stuff in the other reviews below. I guess its fair that some people might get in and find out it's not for them, but anyone I've ever met that actually put in the effort in BAM at least made their investment back, if not a lot more.

Josh and Danelle are amazing people, they put their hearts into this program and have impacted thousands of people by guiding them with the digital leasing method. I myself have been in the program for over 2 years and even though it took me 3 months to make my money back I’ve now made 20 times my investment. It wasn’t easy but he’s honest about that upfront it takes time to learn anything new. Overall a great experience for me and my husband.

These people prey on those searching for a better life or career change. First off, I was recruited: red flag #1. They claim that you can make 6 or 7 figures with no experience if you follow their system: red flag #2. The courses lend just enough information to teach you how to do SEO, etc., but not enough to where you don't have to outsource to their own services to support your business. It takes hundreds of cold calls before you generate a single customer lead, and their solution to increasing leads is to "keep cold calling, eventually you will get one!" You realize quickly all you are doing is spamming people. They provide assets such as service contracts that are written and formatted very poorly and unprofessionally. Their training videos are a joke; the founder Josh rips his vape pen and cusses constantly on video, and to make matters worse drinks MLM energy drink XS Energy in his videos: red flag #3. I spent several thousands of dollars on this program and startup of my business before I realized this is a complete scam. Shame on me.

I have no incentive to make false claims other than to protect others from your predatory practices. I hope anyone who considers your program sees the reply you left below in which you tried to discredit my 100% real and truthful experience, then attempt to offset negative reviews with the one written here by you under the name "Truthtalk" immediately after you replied to two negative reviews here as BAM. I have reported your business to the Federal Trade Commission and would encourage all others who feel they should to do so as well.

As a professional real estate broker in Florida since 2003, I want to protect the community by giving this review. I was scammed and was misrepresented by the product/services I received. I paid $4997 for what I thought had something to do with real estate. Also, I could not get online for the training due to the site was always shutdown. Furthermore, No one has answered my calls from the corporate number, and when I call the number of the man that signed me up it says disconnected. Also, I thought a mentor came along with the digital real estate program, which is not true. Buyer beware!!

Don't give these people any of your time and Money. They are scam artists. They promise you what you will receive over the phone and wont give you access to the information that you requested to begin with. This guy only cares about selling you a course, and I think he is an ex-con. When you get the course all the important information is an upsell. They trained Ashley baker to not disclose anything up front to you. The WordPress training is an additional $500 fee. Do not trust anything Ashley Baker tells you over the phone.

Bought this program in July of 2021 and have already started to land new clients. This program takes work but if you follow the systems that they layout you will be successful. Not a get-rich-quick course like others I have taken, Josh and his team are coaching us every day of the week. Highly recommend!
