My experience with Bamboo Dental was great from start to finish. The results are everything I wanted and more. I had 6 month smile clear braces with Tom and he was great - very friendly & listened to everything I raised. The ladies at reception were always lovely too whenever I rang or I was actually in the practice. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment at Bamboo Dental, and I could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was professional, friendly, and the end results, genuinely life-changing.
Dr. Tom Evans was fantastic throughout the entire process. An absolute professional at what he does. He took the time to explain each step clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at every stage. His attention to detail and care for achieving the best outcome really stood out.
The team at Bamboo Dental was always welcoming, extremely helpful with appointments (I had to change a few at short notice with no issue’s whatsoever) and quick to respond to any questions I had.

Oli and the team did a great job! I had quite a few complications which meant that I was recommended not to go ahead with reconstructive procedures such as Invisalign by many other dentists. I however was also really apprehensive about the damage that veneers would do to my teeth and concerned about the longevity of composite bonding. Sounds like an impossible case right! The team really took the time to properly assess me and go through multiple options, listened to my concerns to help me find a solution that was perfect for me.

In the end I decided to go for veneers - my smile doesn’t look like fake turkey teeth and I was so shocked at how little my teeth were filed to achieve this look, in fact I took pictures half way through the procedure to show my friends and family how little was taken off to fit the veneers! I really didn’t think it was possible! Everyone was really kind and gentle through the whole process (I hateee needles) I wasn’t rushed through and we took frequent breaks when the veneers were getting fitted to make sure I was always comfortable and at ease.

I spoke to 3 different cosmetic dental providers before finding bamboo (the best rated companies in the area from Newport all the way to Swansea), and they were nowhere near as thorough in the consultations nor did they leave me with as many options. Oli even arranged for me to visit the lab that made the veneers so they could also do a colour match of my implant just to be absolutely confident the colour match would be perfect. It’s this level of extra details and extra checks that really made the experience with bamboo stand out. I honestly felt like Oli genuinely cared deeply about his work and getting everything right, and I wasn’t just another customer or just another difficult case (which is how other places made me feel).

I originally visited the clinic for porcelain veneers, but during my consultation, the team recommended Invisalign to first correct my bite and expand the size of my smile. I had no idea how transformative this step would be.
Over the course of two years, I went through a carefully planned Invisalign journey before we proceded with the veneers, and it was hands down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Bamboo Dental was absolutely amazing! I would recommend it to anyone. I had the six month braces, whitening and the cosmetic bonding and I’ve fallen in love with my smile!

8 years on from my initial treatment I had my first minor issue relating to a brace. From calling and speaking to a very helpful operator to actually going to the practice to see the same dental practitioner as I did 8 years ago. Lovely practice, lovely people.

I came in for a consultation with doctor Tom Evans and he recommended the 6 month smile to get the results I wanted. Helped talk through and answer all the questions I had before during and after the process. I am so happy with the results I have and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about making any changes to their teeth😊 the whole team was always polite and very welcoming.

My experience with bamboo dental from start to finish was incredible. All the staff I came across were so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I was so self conscious with my teeth but Dr Oliver Spencer made me feel so comfortable and put me right at ease straight away. He helped me decide between having ceramic braces or Invisalign. I ended up going for the Invisalign due to them being so transparent nobody even noticed I had them in! I was surprised it only took 9 months to get the results I wanted which never thought would ever be possible! Having such a server overbite made me feel so self conscious because of how much my top teeth would stick out. Massive thanks to Oli for giving me the best smile that I never thought I would ever have! I cannot recommend bamboo dental enough. I recently had my composite bonding done by Sam and he was so thorough from start to finish and gave me better results than I could’ve imagined. I had old bonding removed that was done elsewhere, and Sam was sure to correct all the things I was unhappy with and nailed the results I wanted. Everyone at bamboo was so helpful in every aspect. Thank to everyone at bamboo for helping me get the results I wanted just in time for my weddding.

I have just completed my six month smile journey with Dr Ollie. I am over the moon with the results he has achieved with my smile! I went this practise as they were recommended by a few friends and I am so glad I did! Just wish I did this treatment sooner but the six months really has flown by and now I have perfect teeth. The practice is clean and tidy and everyone you meet is welcoming and always cheerful. Oli took the time to listen to my concerns and I never felt rushed during any of my appointment despite how busy the practice is. Really Can't thank him enough!
