Beautiful product and great service!
The cheeseboard was beautifully well-crafted, the bamboo surface looks smooth and shiny, perfect for any charcuterie arrangement.
the package was wrapped and handled carefully, shipping was fast. The seller is very prompt to respond to my questions and requests. Excellent service overall!

I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. If it was not such a hassle I would return it. The laser printing / burning was of poor quality. The bottom 1/4 of the printing was not brown as was the rest. It was white. I will have to apologise to the recipient, who hopefully will accept with good grace, as I spent money and she is my friend. I won’t be recommending this product.

Experience was overall good
Experience was overall good. Was easy to navigate through site and place order. What was dissappointing however was the lack of communication after purchase. There was no tracking info/follow up email regarding the purchase. Only the PayPal purchase confirmation. It would have been good to have an estimate time of arrival or just a confirmation email regarding the purchase. Unless I have missed it somehow I did not see such follow up email.
Other than that I received the product and it looks great thanks (box was banged up a bit I do have pictures if anyone wishes to view it)
