We are sorry to hear that your order didn’t reach you. Your parcel was dispatched promptly to Spain, but unfortunately it was returned after import duties were declined.

As stated clearly at checkout and in our terms, international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes which are the customer’s responsibility. We ask every customer to confirm acceptance of these terms before completing the purchase.

When a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid import charges, the original shipping cost is not refundable, as this expense is already incurred on dispatch. Your refund was therefore issued minus the outbound shipping cost, in accordance with our published policy.

We understand that customs procedures can be inconvenient, but we always aim to handle such cases fairly and transparently. Should you wish to reorder in future, we’ll gladly assist to make the process as smooth as possible.

Chaque bougie Bahoma est fabriquée à la main dans notre atelier de Londres, où notre équipe surveille chaque étape du coulage et du test de combustion avant que les produits quittent l’atelier. Nous utilisons des cires propres, des mèches en coton naturel et des parfums développés en interne afin d’assurer une flamme stable et une diffusion harmonieuse du parfum.

Il est vraiment regrettable que vous n’ayez pas pris contact avec nous au moment des faits, car nous aurions pu examiner la bougie concernée et comprendre ce qui s’est passé. Sans référence de commande, il nous est malheureusement impossible de vérifier l’origine de l’achat ou les conditions d’utilisation. Every Bahoma candle is handmade in our London workshop, where our team oversees each step of the pouring and burn-testing process before the products leave our hands. We work with clean wax blends, natural cotton wicks and in-house-developed fragrances to ensure a steady flame and even scent diffusion.

It’s a real shame that you didn’t contact us when this occurred, as we would have gladly examined the candle and investigated what might have gone wrong.
