I put my order in at 2am Wed. It was shipped the same day and delivered to my address by 4.15 Friday. Excellent service, good communication, product exactly as described. Will definitely shop there again.

On tour at the moment in Africa and bought the Pierr Cardain 30L duffle on wheels and it has a split in it. Not impressed and won't buy anything from them again. Will buy from reputable companies like Anaconda etc.

Used the service for the 1st time last Friday 13th June at Barcelona. Saw the bags stacked carefully at the cruise terminal but unfortunately when I went to pick up from Barcelona airport both bags badly damaged including one of the bags wheels damaged. Also my travelling party’s brand new cases badly marked. Will not use this service again as no care for other peoples property.

We used this service yesterday and it was fantastic. We were a little bit apprehensive as we had never used this service before. However the Bags & Go rep at the cruise terminal spoke excellent English and soon put us at ease. She explained the pick up procedure and we were sent several messages to remind us of our pick up time. We were charged 32 euros for 3 suit cases, and it enabled us to have a full day in Barcelona without having to drag our cases around. I would fully recommend this service.

Bij aankomst naar het door hun aangegeven meetingzone gegaan daar was echter niemand te bespeuren. Aan 5 personen gevraagd waar we ze konden vinden echter niemand kon ons verder helpen.Wat er fout gelopen is weet ik niet wel spijtig van de 22 euro. Terugkomst was ok.

We disembarked from our cruise and dropped our heavy suitcases off at the Bags and Co desk in the terminal building at 9.30am. For our two suitcases it cost me 22 Euros which I thought was very good value. We arranged to pick them up at the airport at 5pm. It was a very quick and easy process as we were on the cruise terminal bus into Barcelona by 9.45. We then had a wonderful day, suitcase free, to be able to wander around a beautiful city.
On arrival at Barcelona airport we quickly found the point for collection with our cases on a trolley ready for us to take. It helped find the location as we had air tags in our cases but the directions were clearly given to us. All operatives were extremely helpful and polite. Just sorry we didn't drop our cases with them when we were arriving at the airport and have them take them to the cruise for us. Would certainly recommend and use again.

We booked online prior to disembarking our cruise in Barcelona yesterday. The "Bags to Go" desk was in the Cruise Terminal and the service was very quick and efficient. This service allowed us to wander around Barcelona without our luggage. We found it a little confusing finding the collection point at Barcelona Airport but once we found it, our bags were waiting on a trolley. This is a great service and would definitely recommend to anyone who has a later flight post-cruise.

Brilliant service. Booked on line during the cruise. Disembarked and a Bags and go rep. was waiting in the terminal with the completed paperwork and tags for each piece of luggage. That was it and we set off for a post cruise visit of Barcelona. At 1600, as arranged, we arrived at T1 El Prat and went to the meeting place where the company van unloaded our cases. 31 Euro for 4 cases. A bargain.

Used Bags and Go when we disembarked our cruise ship in Barcelona. The whole set up is super easy and efficient, we disembarked our ship and went straight to their desk in the cruise terminal, booked and paid for two bags to be stored whilst we explored Barcelona or the day. We advised what time we would be at the airport to pick up our bags and we had no problems collecting the bag at the airport at the specified time. Really grateful to be able to use this service as it saved us a lot of hassle and time with the bags, thank you.

Ordering and payment was straight forward and went ahead without any problems. There are a couple of very small stitching issues. Nothing too serious, but I wonder how long it will take before I perhaps need to do some running repairs?
