Waterproof hoodie, that simply isn’t waterproof! The hoodie has fallen apart after 2 months wear as well. Pockets coming away from the seams. Definitely not worth the price

Ordered a pair of the “95s” steel toe trainers. These lasted 3 months until the toes were all worn away and the soles split from the shoe. BAD workwear- Literally

Item arrived - unfortunately it is too large and he doesn’t like the colour. When I try to exchange it for a different colour and size I am stopped from doing this on the website where I can only exchange if fro the same item in a different size!

Contacted their customer services who told me that I could return it but I’d be charged a £10 fee and postage (to Australia)!

Avoid this company.

Very simple process, and was easy to find what I was looking for. As always everything fits perfectly.

The service from Bad is outstanding, and their product quality is amazing. The shorts were excellent quality, good sizing, with great features. The only negative was the fabric is quite hot, not ideal for Qld summers, so I won't make these my go-to work shorts, but they will come in use in winter.

I recently bought a pair but unfortunately it was the wrong size.
So I got in touch with customer support to see if an exchange was possible.
They immediately proceeded with my request. And within 5 days a new size was delivered free of charge.

The hoodie I ordered is really good quality and is waterproof ideal for my grandson who works outdoors. No problems with ordering we were kept updated and they arrived on time.

The product was waterproof for about a month and a half, and yes it was comfortable and warm, after the first wash it tapered off very quickly.
I bought some spray to try and waterproof it again, wasn’t a huge success.
It started to grow some weird mould all over it? Even after a few washes it just got worse, and washing doesn’t remove any stains so I just looked filthy at work.

I just put it in for a hot wash today to try and remove the weird mould spores and the hoodie just fell apart. Literally pockets ripped out of their seams. Not worth the price tbh.

I bought a hoodie for my brother but I couldn't order one for me because u don't offer 4xl .

Purchased the “waterproof hoodie”, went out in steady but not heavy rain and quickly found out that it’s not waterproof as I had a few damp patches on my T-shirt also the hood is small as is the zip pocket on the front ( not big enough for my phone ), really disappointed.

The most useless boots I've ever used! I bought a pair of the Flight boots which were advertised as "workwear". In less than 2 weeks before the material over the steel toe cap started to wear, and in just a weeks it was so bad the steel fell out of the left boot. I emailed customer service who did reply, only to say I had to use their warranty procedure which I did. I've never heard back from them even after chasing from my end. All in all, a pathetic excuse for a company and a product. If I could give a negative star rating I would.
