Absolutely the BEST pair of work boots I've ever purchased from anywhere! Not sure if the insole is memory foam or if there are little air pockets under the heel and ball of your foot but they're super comfortable! Great quality and highly durable! Arrived in a week! Will definitely be ordering from BAD Workwear again in the future!

I’ll Never get purchases with this store again, very disappointed of customer service and processing refund issues.

I've had a couple of hoodies from them, the XL ones fit me very well, and they are thick material, or atleast thicker than the usual crap found on ebay and at £40 ish a go they're massive money either.

I think they need to calm the waterproof claim down somewhat, when brand new yes they are. But they soon lose it, I've even tried a scotchgard wash to treat them and that didn't work.

The 3rd one did take a number of weeks to arrive, while the 1st and second arrived within days..

Again though, I'm awkward with clothes and I only buy stuff I know fits, the xl fits me perfectly and are great for colder weather.

I placed my order with the promise of tracking information through the shop app and after 7 days when I should have received my order the app said that my item was still in Australia waiting to be shipped!many emails and then Facebook messages later I eventually got another tracking number which doesn’t work,oh and apologise for an unexpected delivery delay,but now nobody is answering any messages I send for help!honestly stay clear of the incompetent company they are absolutely useless with any communication.I now have to buy another pair of boots because I ordered these while on my holiday and I’m due back to work next week.absolutely pathetic customer service from them!!!!

Me an my mate from work have used this company about 3 times in the last couple of months, really good quality, happy with everything, 2 pairs of boots couple of hoodies. Uk people this company is from Australia so you know your order will take a couple of weeks.

Ordered 2 pairs of women’s shorts and 1 pair of jeggings. Reviews on website said to size up so I ordered size 12 in all 3.
Shorts are cute but tight that they give no accessibility to front pockets. Could have sized up to a 14.
The jeggings are awful! Couldn’t even get it past my calf. Sent them back to get a size 14. Received the 14 and the legs are still so tight! But the waist is ENORMOUS! If you are built like a funnel these are the pants for you. I usually wear a size 10 in glassons jeans but had to go up 4 sizes for these jeggings to still not fit right. Also the jeggings are white and you can literally see the colour of your underwear through them. That seems to be the goal seeing as most of the advertising for this company is showing the asses of women tradies, go off I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️

Very very poor quality. Ordered Cooltech tops (orange) and wore one for a day and second day it has pulls all over it….I’m a fibre technician not a labourer they should last more than a couple of days!?

I bought trousers and hoodie and zip up boots around 6mnths ago not.only very expensive but also absolutely crap quality boots falling apart and hoodie went bobly after a months washing very dissatisfied and ripped off

Seemed pricey but you get what you pay for so I tested the waters and got a pair of work pants. By far the best I've bought in years. Well worth the money. Better than anything on the market currently in the UK. Smart and comfortable. Seem very tough too. Well impressed, I will be purchasing more now I know.

I am so dissatisfied with the woman’s work pants. It collects lint, shrinks in the wash and I only got to wear them once. Spending that much money on a pair of pants is not worth it at all.
Really disappointed the advertising doesn’t match the actual product it’s false advertising. This is not right I wanted to send back so they could see what their product looks like I wanted a full replacement not a $2.20 discount! on my next purchase was their answer???

Cannot return online orders in store have to go to their website and wait for their response? Really?

False advertising! I wanted a cotton shirt, bought one from them that was advertised as cotton, no mention of polyester. It arrives and it's polyester cotton! I asked for a refund and they wouldn't refund postage and they would take a refund fee that's worth two thirds of the product cost. I paid 25 dollars in total and I'd get back...five. Misleading company, terrible quality.

Ordered a jumper from this company on 06/12/2023 as a gift for Christmas. Didn't hear anything from the company regarding shipping updates until 23/12/2023 saying that the package had been "returned to sender". Been contacting them regularly since with no response. Still waiting for my refund request to even be acknowledged. Shocking company. Do not recommend ordering.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I Bought a pair of workboots, initially they were really good then after approx 6 weeks they started breaking down and after 3 month they were basically unwearable due to rock hard insoles. Contacted bad workwear and they just dismissed me saying it was wear and tear after just 3 month. So I now need to buy another pair of workboots from somewhere else. I will never use this company again or recommend it to anybody.

Bought the Flex Hypermove Jeggins based on the size chart. Calves and thighs way too tight and no stretch in the material despite saying it is 'flex'. Women have curves, we are not straight up and down. Started return process and despite saying free return labels in Australia, wanted to charge me $14.50 to return. Plus lose a $10 charge and the original shipping cost to return. This is how they get away with not processing refunds, take all the money back in crap fees. Going to be looking at reporting this to ACCC as bad business.

Clothing, shoes, socks. Fits well and looks great but they don’t last. Shoes and shorts had holes in them in a few months and I wasn’t even working full time. Don’t waste your money.
