Poor communication and delivery timescales
I placed an order on 18th of May. On the 20th of May my order was marked as dispatched however, as of 28th of May (10 days after I placed my order) the tracking information indicates that the order has still not been sent. I have sent two emails but have not received a reply to either. Very poor communication and delivery timescales.

Not a problem with the goods but the customer service and delivery times are abhorrent.
Six days after my order I finally received an email saying it's been despatched, then after four days I checked the tracking 'we are awaiting your parcel' emailed and asked for refund as I wouldn't get the fragrance before the event it was intended for which was duly ignored. The following day, suddenly it's been sent, this time when I emailed I got an INSTANT response, denying everything and stating it was despatched within their guidelines... Ten days for one small decant is horrific. I declined the 15% discount code offered as I won't be back and hopefully this will deter you too. There's far better options out there from companies that will value your custom rather than take it for granted.

This is the second time I have bought from Badshah Scents and each time the products are brilliant and extremely well priced.
I have bought a load of samples to find my favourite scents. Delivery is fast and they are all legit! I am a GM in the motortrade so I know my staff will be using badshah too. Would highly recommend.

Great scents at great prices
I tried a new scent in a small size, loved it and have reordered it in a larger size. This is a great way to do this. I am trying some more. The scents are produced in nice sprays, clearly marked. Great array of scents and at great prices. What more could you want.
