I recently purchased a Yonex Astrox 99 and a pair of badminton shoes from your store. While the racket met my expectations after a restringing, the shoes have been extremely disappointing. Despite their appearance, they lacked the necessary support for court play, resulting in significant leg pain. I reached out to customer service to request a replacement or return, as the quality does not align with standard badminton footwear, but my request was denied. Given this experience and the lack of support, I am very disappointed and will not be placing future orders.

Very quick delivery and the shoes are so comfortable straight out of the box with no breaking in time. You suggested a get a half size larger than usual and they fit like a glove.
