UPDATE TO THE BELOW: (When i eventually got through on the phone, Thomas, the only person at BadHQ that is worth anything. Actually contacted his manager, who aparently was on lunch, really not my problem!! Anyhow, did exactly what they should have done to begin with, and what i have been asking for for a few days, but arranged to resend my package that has not yet been delivered, and sent on next-day delivery as i have since requested a number of times. All of this has happened not due to any good customer service from BadHQ, but because i told Thomas how to rectify the issue, i had to do all this, i had to make the effort to contact, i had to bypass the appalling customer service who simply refused to do what has now eventually been done. It was all so easy to do if you think about it, why they made such a mess of this is beyond ridiculous. So even though my parcel is now out for delivery, Still not delivered yet though, we will see tomorrow, i would never rate this company, very poor, poor poor, there are so many other words to describe this company, much worse than poor! DONT use them. Scammers and liars, Thomas, go work for a better company, you can do better).

If i could give zero stars i would. Firstly, i placed an order, then they contact me the following day stating there is no address on the order. I mean a little nonsense as when you place an order online, you fill out your address, but hey, you know, benefit of the doubt. So i then replied straight away giving my full address. They then state they will send out on the day, great, fantastic. But then it all goes downhill. I don't receive my package in the delivery time frame advertised on the website, i use the tracking reference provided to me by BadmintonHQ, it doesn't recognise the number or poscode. So i use variations of the postcode i provided, it recognises one (the incorrect one). I go straight to BadmintonHQ to tell them the wrong postcode has been used. And again, the benefit of the doubt, it is not BadHQ themselves, rather it is DHL that made the error. Nonetheless, BadHQ then state that they have chased DHL and assured me it would be delivered the next day. It wasn't. I chase DHL myself who state that it was "asked to be returned to sender." Not what BadHQ told me, i then chase BadHQ who proceed to tell me that DHL couldn't deliver to me due to "not locating the address with the details provided." Who is lying here, DHL stating it was Asked to be returned, or BadHQ who are stating that DHL couldn't fulfil?? Nonetheless, i then expect BadHQ to send a replacement, as this is required under the consumer rights act 2015 section 29. They refuse to send until they receive the item back, this is not my problem, they are liable, not me!! So they are now in breach of the consumer rights act. In the meantime, they haven't responded to 2 phone calls over 2 days, and the email repsonses i am getting are not fulfiling the issue. Rather they are fobbing me off, telling me different things, not taking responsibility required by law, also, not communicating with me when they have since asked for the package to be returned to them, why after all the hassel and communications i have been sending, would they NOT tell me they have now cancelled delivery to me, and the very day that they assured me that DHL would deliver then next day. They are terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, they are scammers and are likely not going to send the item or refund.

I had no problems in the order ordelivery. All round I am satisfied, early days for product to be assest, time will tell.

I am writing to express my severe disappointment regarding the lack of resolution for Order #BHQ110748. This order was originally due on April 29. I have checked everywhere around the area and even asked my neighbours, but I cannot find my delivery. Following their instructions, I promptly returned the signed denial of receipt forms to assist their investigation. 
I have been incredibly patient while their team chases the claims team and DHL. In their last communication on June 9, BadmintonHQ advised me that claims were being approved and that I should expect an update by the end of that week. That deadline has long passed, and I have yet to receive any communication or outcome.
It has now been nearly two months, and I am still without my parcel. I am no longer willing to wait on DHL's internal processes for an issue that is ultimately between BadmintonHQ and the courier. Customers should not be forced to wait indefinitely while retailers handle their internal courier claims. I expect a full refund or a replacement to be issued immediately.

Beautiful racquet at a great price.

Only downside is the handle is too slim. Needs a sponge wrap to thicken it up for comfort.

Delivery was quick (withing few working days). The items are hight quality. Great choice of products, lots of info on your website. Delivery was pretty good, overall very happy. The Viktor racquet is going to take some getting used to but I think it's a good upgrade.

The Badminton racquets arrived at the expected time, and at the correct location, in good condition. The packaging was a little flimsy, and was a bit damaged, but the racquets were fine.
Would suggest that maybe the packaging should be a little more rugged, or the carrier should be a bit more careful.

The advice and guidance given on your website helped me to select the best model for my game. The best model for me also came in at the budget that I had in mind before buying. I was disappointed that at that price range the racquet did not come with a cover, so I bought another branded cover for £10. Delivery was in a reasonable timescale for me and the protective packaging was appropriate.

cheaper and reliable rackets than you can find elsewhere, quick delivery and just a very quick process in general, all the rackets have been compartmentalised in a way that any beginner to pro can pick out the right racket for them.
