You can tell it’s not some flimsy copy with terrible stitching.

Do not buy from them. First they pretend that the order has been shipped, then they claim it couldn’t be delivered, and in the end you are left without both your money and the product. Very clearly: do not shop at this store, it is a fake store.

We strongly disagree with this review and would like to clarify the facts for transparency.
Your order was shipped correctly and did arrive in your country. According to Royal Mail and the local German postal service, the parcel was held at your local post office awaiting collection because the address entered at checkout could not be fully identified.
You were advised to collect the parcel locally, but unfortunately this was not done. As a result, the item was eventually returned to sender.
This is clearly visible on the official Royal Mail tracking for your order:
Tracking number: LO398767910GB
The tracking shows “Returned to sender” due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided at checkout. The German postal service attempted to locate the address and held the parcel for you, but it was not collected.
Despite this being outside of our control, we still issued you a full refund. Please note that we have now lost the outbound postage cost (£10) and the badge has not yet been returned to us.
We always aim to resolve issues fairly and professionally, and we stand by the facts above, which are fully supported by the tracking history.
