Ordered two shirts for a tournament 4 weeks ahead of time. Shirts arrived 10 days after order placed. They didn’t fit, so I started the return. Requested expedited shipping because of their slow shipping times to which they responded, nope can’t be done. So now this replacement batch will be delivered even slower in what amounts to be a 14 day shipment…Shocked that this even exists even more. Customer service is so so. Fit runs small. Shipping is worst in class. I haven’t had anything shipped this slow in two decades.

Made a purchase online and the look was not as expected. Free returns were advertised heavily on the site, but when I tried to make a return on the unworn merchandise, I was restricted to exchange only.
- Links on website for returns went to an outdated page
- The updated page return page simply did not allow for returns and provided no helpful messaging
- Emails to customer support were initially responded to by an AI bot, but a response from a human took more than a week
I went from a previous customer and fan of the brand to someone who will never purchase anything from them again. Not worth doing business with a company that intentionally misleads.

This was my first time ordering from bad birdie, my boyfriend owns a few of the golf polos already and we both really like the look and feel of them. I ordered two shirts over the weekend and they just arrived today, I’m very happy with the quality and how fast they arrived especially as I am in the uk can’t wait to give them to my boyfriend for his birthday :)

Ordered a gift- pair of golf pants.
Needed to return. They informed me that they were exchange only. This was in very fine print when I purchased. Not clear.
I returned many days ago and they still have not issued a credit. I’ve sent numerous emails and they do not respond. Horrible customer service.

They will steal from you.

Purchased two hats and upon delivery I did not like the hats. I filed for an exchange and sent the original two hats back. The hats were delivered to their facility in Nevada.
They did not acknowledge the receipt of the items and several days later they canceled my return/exchange.
The proof of delivery to their facility is on their own website. With the tracking number they provided me.

This is nothing short of theft.

I’m a fan of their polos but I had a subpar experience with one of their hats. The stitching was off and I had a hard time getting a hold of anyone to get it replaced
