Back On Track now has a life long fan. I purchased a Trauma Void helmet but through confusion I never registered the purchase. When I took a bad fall I was unable to send in my replacement policy form. the customer service person was SO accommodating and fair and I was able to buy another helmet through BOT with a credit code. Thank You!!! You are all the BEST! And, the helmet saved my head and maybe my life!

Back On Track products are amazing…
Back On Track products are amazing products that do the job intended to do. My latest purchase was the Fleece Wrist Cover with Thumb. They come as a pair. I wear them over my BOT gloves at night to help my Carpel Tunnel pain in my wrists while the gloves help the arthritis in my hands and fingers.

Very impressed with this blanket!
Size chart was easy to follow, and shipping was quick! The mesh sheet fits my boy perfectly! My horse who is a little high anxiety was nervous even though he has worn a blanket a million times but by the time I pulled it off he was totally relaxed!

Stellar customer service!
Stellar customer service. I ordered a helmet that did not fit correctly, and their return/refund policy was so awesome and easy to use. I ordered a new helmet and it fit perfectly, but there were a few small defects. They took it back and sent a replacement out immediately. My new helmet is perfect! Comfortable, stylish, and safe!!! Longtime user of numerous Back on Track products
I have been using Back on Track products for years first for my horses and then for me. The knee braces have been standby's for my arthritic knees. A few months ago I broke my right ankle. Although it is all healed it still hurts. My most recent purchase is the ankle brace. It makes a huge difference and provides a great deal of comfort and relief.

I swear by these products for my dogs. Really excited for the front boot I just purchased. The hock wraps and blanket have been life savers. I really should invest in the people products but my dogs are more important :-)
