Back Care - Australia Bewertungen

I am so pleased that I purchased the Therapeutic Pillow Quad Cushion
After spending time in hospital, when I came home and because I could only lay on my back, I was experiencing lower back pain. I needed something to provide relief and comfort. I found BackCare Online and their Quad Cushion. It is soft and squishy and moulds around the problem area, providing the relief needed. It returns to original shape when not in use. I would recommend the Quad Cushion and BackCare Online. The product is excellent, ordering was easy and delivery was prompt.

The knee pillow is much better to use compared to a traditional bed pillow. The only negative element is that the gripping-strip section is too small and as a result, the gap between my knee and the pillow is too wide. This means that the pillow is still is too mobile when I am asleep. As a result I am woken up during the night to place the pillow back into a more appropriate place.

The pillow that I paid a hundred bucks for was just a lump of foam. Uncomfortable and pointless.

I purchased an ergonomic keyboard for a Christmas present from this website.
The price was the cheapest in comparison with competitors. The shopping experience was seamless and I received my order very quickly. June also provided above and beyond customer service.

Prompt delivery, excellent quality and value

Great product and fast dispatch. Would happily purchase from them in the future.

The price of product was in the higher end and this was definitely reflected in the exceptional design features and solid build quality well worth the price.
Ease of assembly was a bonus all the fiddly bits were pre assembled and tools were supplied to but the frame together.
Delivery was very fast which is always good.
Highly recommend this product and Back Care Australia in supplying it.

Fantastic quick easy ordering and quick delivery.I highly recommend this business.
Thank you June

I received the order in the time frame specified and the parcel was undamaged. However, there was a lack of vital information about the Premium Lift-Tilt-table.
The description failed to inform the purchaser that the table details were based on a single bed user.
The description failed to point out that this table could not be used on the left side, that the table halves were not inter-changeable
It seems to me, that it has been assumed all disabled people would be in a single bed, or have the ability to use the right side of their bed. ( If it had been specified that the table was not inter-changeable, I would not of ordered)

Fast delivery and pillow was packaged well. Pillow feels amazing to sleep on so far.

Will definitely be purchasing other things from their website in the future.

Easy online shopping experience, prompt shipping with tracking number - perfect.

I recently bought the Lucky 7 Body Pillow to try and find a way to alleviate shoulder pain/pressure when side sleeping and it certainly does help in that regard. The only thing I would change is that I wish it was a little bit longer, and I wished the accompanying pillow case had a zipper for ease of use!

My order was fulfilled quickly and delivered to me in full well before I expected it. Thank you for a very comfortable pillow!

great communication, delivered promptly, received product of great quality and as described

Great service! I've ordered twice, and both times the process was smooth, professional, and delivery was very fast. Highly recommend!

Back Care on Line was an easy site to navigate. I ordered the thermal mitt for use with arthritis. Heated in the microwave for 30 seconds, twice, it holds its heat very well and it is so good for sore hands.
I received it in 4-5 days

Good price (cheapest I could find). Delivery was insanely fast. No complaints. Very happy. Thanks.

Service was prompt, even moreso than I expected.

I had an old pillow and had tried a replacement with a brand that advertises that their pillows will be life changing … hmmm … my old pillow still had my heart (& neck/ spine). Fortunately I had cascaded it to our caravan so I was able to look up the brand and model and found it here, at the most competitive price going around. Interstate delivery was prompt and I am enjoying it no end. Great service, price and delivery 👍🏻
