The order never arrived. On top of that, a representative of their company keeps spamming me with messages like “How did you like our product? Please leave a review,” despite the fact that I already informed him that the item never arrived. He made no effort whatsoever to check where my parcel was or to resolve the issue. It gives the impression that this might be a scam. I strongly advise against ordering anything from them. There is no guarantee that the product will ever arrive. I also did not receive a refund.

UPDATE: Mr. Ivo is only out for acclamation? For months he has neglected my emails. The oldest trick in the book: If you do a mistake, blame the complainant. I have been satisfied with this yoghurt for some years, but all of the sudden the quality of the product is much poorer. For weeks I have tried different sorts of milk, but the yoghurt won´t thicken at all. The reason turned out to be the 1,5 g packages where the powder also looked brownish. Those packages were substituted for free, but with the same bad quality. Has someone else experienced the same? The 4g packages has a much better quality in this production line.

Orders arrived quickly and the PDF instructions were perfect. This yogurt sets WAY faster than if using grocery store yogurt as starter.

Not only did I have to reply to numerous emails since the seller is dodging my questions and blatantly denying what has happened. I received my products smelling like heaps of incense. Now for a food item this is not okay.
Apart from that one of the products is already expiring at the end of this year not the promised two years. I bought a big bag. That's not okay either! Worst was the unprofessional attitude and lacking any courtesy in resolving this issue.
For the item to be exchanged they asked me to pay for shipping in order to swap the stinky items. This is absurd!
Buy elsewhere! There's better sellers and products out there. Save your money!

I was a bit skeptical that the dried culture would work, but it did. Bought filmjolk, caspium sea and bulgarian. The latter went off but I realised later it was not mesophilic, so my own fault. You can buy small samples reasonable for about £3. Noticed that theyre no longer on Amazon and wondered what this was about. I previously tried dried sample from Freshly Fermented a few times and none ever worked, yet they seem to have a higher profile. They did provide a fresh viili that was fine though.
