It's genuinely so hard to get hired as a babysitter. No one responds, it's like I'm talking to robots

The worst app ever. They charge so much just to message a sitter, but the app and website never work. It's always showing '404 error', no matter what you do, what device you use or where you are. A waste of my time. They need to shut down as soon as possible.

Poor service - Even after paying for premium they don't let you use the account you paid for unless you continue to pay them month by month.

After cancelling service they don't let you use any of the functionality of the site despite having paid for it.

What’s the point of advertising it as a free sign up when u have to pay to message a babysitter? Ridiculous.

I don't know why but all the babysitters I tried from this website where very unprofessional and unreliable. They probably do not check real references, qualifications and experiences. The monthly charge is way too much for the crap service you receive

I signed up to the subscription so I could find a baby sitter. I didn’t find one. I then cancelled the subscription. Babysits had other ideas and continued to charge me monthly. I did not realise and I am now fighting to get my money back for a service that I didn’t use.

This site is a scam with fake profiles and fake reviews

Advertised available childminders in our local area with details expressing availability as requested. Required monthly subscription fee. We paid the subscription fee only to find they had no available personnel within our area and none within the wider region that fulfilled the details we provided. Disgusting behaviour, taking advantage of desperate new parents looking for someone to look after their child.
