Joseph was patient and reassuring during the call allowing me time to navigate some complex IT instructions over the phone.
There is now a plan of action to addres the issue. This was communicated clearly via email

Great communication and patience displayed setting up a new laptop which needed hundreds of updates and software loading. It wasn't playing ball but technican found a way to get everything working in the end.

Joseph responded promptly to my request…
Joseph responded promptly to my request for support with laptop. He tried to resolve issue remotely and did follow up calls to check if issue resolved.
He identified the issue and I was then referred to his colleague Julius who provided me with another laptop. I appreciate their patience and support.

Prompt and helpful service
