I came across Babbico site on Instagram & liked what i saw so ordered Bobby the bear gift set for my daughters baby shower last month & it arrived perfectly on the day. Seriously ladies the presentation & quality was sheer luxury that it seemed a shame to take it all out of the gift box. All wrapped neatly with tissue paper and a lovely card inside. The box contained a beautiful teddy baby blanket, a white ribbed sleep suit with a teddy on front, two bibs with teddy’s design & Bobby the bear all for just under £50…absolutely amazing Babbico, well done & highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately would definitely not recommend the brand even although their stuff is beautiful.

Ordered on 6th of May, and 20th June still not received all of my items. Chased them numerous times, felt like I had to give the suggestion of sending me what had arrived. Was promised next day delivery on those items and that there would be “extras included” because of my inconvenience, the parcel wasn’t sent next day as was normal 48 hour Royal Mail, and there was nothing additional.

Still waiting on one more item which apparently has been sent. Felt like I had to each late week chase what was happening.

Was meant to be a coming home outfit but the newborn sizing is ridiculously big, bigger than a lot of my 0-3 months I have purchased elsewhere which is unfortunate as the stuff is beautiful.

Understand shopping small business and always one to support but when false promises are made it’s a little disheartening as I feel I was quite understanding in my emails.

Just received my baby’s coming home outfit and absolutely love it, such good quality & very soft.

After ordering a new born outfit to use as my babies first outfit for leaving the hospital, the item that turned up was in fact not new born. I emailed the store to which I had a pretty fast response apologising after I sent photos of the outfit up to the other newborn outfits I have purchased. I really loved and wanted this outfit so I asked if they could swap it if I sent it back. They even refunded the postage so I can’t fault them on that. How ever when I received the second outfit it was the exact same size. NOT newborn at all. It was the same size as the 3 months clothes I had. Obviously just bad sizing. I then emailed them again because I’m not happy with this it’s a waste of my money and time and I have had no response. Just rude and bad service on their part really. Won’t be using them again and I’m really disappointed.

I’m really disappointed with this store. I placed my order over 1 month ago. It was supposed to be here in 3w. I was counting with this clothe to bring with me to the maternity, but never received any of the itens.
The communication by email is really poor, sometimes they respond, sometimes not. They say that they will send on the following day, but this did not happen. I’m so frustrated, they kept my money and never delivered the order. There is no number that I can call, just the email that they don’t respond or sort the situation. Really sad to have this experience, I would not recommend to anyone to buy with them at all.

Brilliant gift options for babies. Lovely packaging and sweet little poem that came inside. Will be back.

Not very often but sometimes a company can completely shock you (in a good way), I was actually so surprised with how well presented the gift set was that I ordered. Pictures on websites can be deceiving but I can’t fault what was delivered to me, the packaging is fantastic quality, the products are well made and the finishing touches really made a difference. I will certainly be placing more future orders.

Received the bunny I bought it is absolutely gorgeous, I’ll be ordering again so happy.

I have to say I’m so impressed with how this company presents its gift, very special and unique!

Received my gift a couple of days ago and have to say I am over the moon with the quality of the toy and the way it came presented in the gift box. The toy is so soft and a good size and the box just makes it so special to give us a gift.

A truly shocking way to treat small businesses. Babbico was formerly called BabyChum, a marketplace for everything baby and it supported many small businesses. As a seller myself, I feel disgusted by the way I have been treated by BabyChum giving us less than 2 weeks notice before shutting down the marketplace due to "sustainability reasons".

I really wish they had been more open about this change, given this obviously was not a decision made overnight. I do not fully the owners, Laura McBride and Laura Boswell have been open at all about this change.
