I bought a Superking Baavet duvet and was very happy with it except that it was considerably smaller than my superking duvet covers. I contacted the company and they changed it even though they said it was outside the return period, which was very decent of them. Customer service was excellent. The only problem was that the replacement, while bigger, is still not as long as a superking should be. My husband’s feet stick out the end (he’s very tall!) and there is always an empty piece of excess duvet cover flopping about. I’ve measured it against another superking and it is about 5 inches shorter. I should probably have contacted them again but it just did t seem worth the hassle. Apart from that it’s a great duvet.

A great company to deal with and excellent customer service with good communication. The wool duvets and pillows are very well made and excellent in use. They come with clear instructions in use and for maintaining their freshness. The pillows are innovative in being able to take out and fluff up the unique wool filling and wash the pillow case. Plus you can purchase additional filling if you need it. We now have four duvets and four sets of pillows in the family, including a set for our Campervan travels. We previously had bought a very expensive wool duvet and pillows from the UK’s leading bed/bedding manufacture and while they too have been excellent, they are not as good as the Baavet product or as clear on how or as easy to maintain in use.

I bought a king size duvet some time ago and I found it rather small for all my duvet covers which I never had a problem with before ,it does make you wonder doesn't it.

Best ever pillows!
You can regulate the weight by taking wool out if it's too firm. These are so comfortable - cosy, but they don't make you sweat. I bought one for my son to see whether it would help reduce facial spots and it does! Get a wool filled pillow protector to go with your pillow and you have the perfect product. Thank you, Baavet.

We've never had a wool quilt before but thought we'd give it a try when we bought a new bed. We love it. The quality is really good and the service was great too.

Only had it three days. I'm a convert. It's the best thing I bought this year. Made all the difference to my sleep. I like weighty quilts so I got a mid range (4 to 8 tog) it drapes well but isn't actually heavy. Still pleased as one can be with buying a quilt. Yes it's a lot of money, but for me well worth it. Service was brilliant too. It came in two days in recyclable packaging.

Don't buy a Baavet pillow. Worst product ever. I purchased a firm pillow which was great for a month or so. It then started going lumpy despite my best efforts to separate the material. Lot of money for a pillow that is of no use after a month.

Bought a Baavet Winter all wool Duvet 5 months ago. (mid January) To be fair it is beautifully crafted and made. However the point is in all this time it has never kept me anywhere near warm on it's own, like it's supposed to do, and I have had to use a second one with it to do so. For a winter duvet it is very light and thin and just does not do the job. I am not going to complain too much and given 2 stars as it will probably be ideal for the warmer months, but that's not what it was bought for.

Bought two duvets from their seconds section but only received one. One quick phone call and another arrived the next day, although I think it was a first quality one. We have always had one super king size duvet but changing it is becoming difficult for me so I wanted 2 quilts I could custom make to the size I wanted and these were easily altered.
We bought a light ones as we have a water bed and this is always warm. Did find that my husband was a bit cold now and again and I was too hot sometimes so I don't think they regulate your temperate.
Does rustle a bit but not enough to annoy and on a par with our previous feather duvets. If you are used to a synthetic duvet you will notice it at first. Didn't notice any smell. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Great service. I ordered medium weight. They kept me updated with emails about delivery and the duvet arrived within a day or two.
It did smell a little 'sheepish' on arrival but I hung it over an indoor airer (raining outside so no chance of hanging it outside) and after a couple of days the smell was gone.Hooray. Excellent quality duvet. Very cosy. It does make my mostly white duvet cover look slightly cream but its a good excuse to buy a new, more colourful cover! I've only had it a week or two but so far overall very happy with my new Baavet. So glad now that I didnt buy another synthetic duvet.

I decided to look for a wool duvet after going on a blanket trip in Spain , the cost was about £350 . I chose baavet after reading reviews, the duvet came very quick, I bought the medium weight as I thought the next weight would be far too heavy , but I was worried it could be too cold, I have now had it for about a month and Iam very pleased it's so warm and light, I love the smell of the wool, but this could be a bit off putting for some people, it was excellent value for money and I would highly recommend the company,

my top of the range down duvet was consigned to the spare room when i got my first baavet. i am now a dyed-in-the-wool enthusiast and have got wool everything - duvets, pillows, toppers. excellent product and excellent service from this company. highly recommended.

This company goes the extra mile when you place an order fast delivery though you need to pay for next day and well packed

Duvets and Mattress topper are carded wool and in my opinion well worth the money

They also sell pillows being honest i found the pillow lumpy and hard to use i could not recommend the pillow
