Jacob came and installed our new system today he explained everything and was very helpful and nice pleasant guy also thank for Harry and Millie in assiting with the set up, good team work for our company Circuit Coatings we look forward to using our new phones

The overall experience has been great, the installation has been pretty painless and straight forward. When there was the odd little hiccups leading up to the installation B3 were in contact extremely quick to let us know what was going on and what the resolution would be.

During the installation of the new phones and Wi-Fi routers the technician, Jamie, was great, working efficiently and letting us know how to use the equipment as well as staying around for a bit to ensure that everything was operating smoothly!

I was having a major issue with our business phones where outgoing calls worked but no incoming calls were getting through. Darren was excellent to deal with; he methodically talked me through checking the internet speeds and the handset displays to find the root of the problem. He was very patient and stayed on the line to test both of our phone numbers individually until he was certain they were both ringing and working perfectly. I am very satisfied with the service and how quickly he got us back up and running.

Craig and Jamie installed a new phone system for us , cables neatly installed and they showed us how to use the system. It was a perfect installation and handover.

Craig and Jamie from B3 recently set up our new phone system and router, and the service was excellent. They were both very polite, professional, and helpful throughout the installation.

They took the time to make sure everything was working properly and checked that all areas of the property had good WiFi coverage after switching us over to the B3 router. Nothing felt rushed, and they made sure we were happy with the setup before leaving.

We had initially been reluctant to switch our network and phone providers for our business as we had a consistent and working option already - it wasn't broke, so didn't need fixing. However, after seeing what upgrades could be available and how they could influence our business via marketing opportunities and the support level provided directly from B3, we made the decision to switch service provider. Our experience from start to finish has been exceptional, all members of their team seem highly trained, receptive to any questions asked and happy to guide through each process.

Shout out to Marcus again for the install on site, all bases covered, nothing left to uncertainty and all new hardware and software explained to me thoroughly. Warren and Ben, great lads who visited us initially and all the team on the phones and at head office for their exceptional service. As we grow our business, you'll be our first choice, no doubt. Chris, Installed new company phones. Quick and easy, and explained everything we needed to know.

Jacob came out to us on 13/03/2026. really polite, clean and tidy. explained everything he was going to do, ran through all our options and installed our new system. tested everything to make sure it was working before he left and showed us how to use the system.

Darren was polite, helpful and took the time to make sure that all parts of the property could get wifi when he came to change our system on to the B3 router

It was a good experience with the service provided by Jo, who was very professional and helped us to fix the internet around the place. He took his time explaining what work he has done and how the internet has improved now.

B3 first contacted me 18 months ago about taking over our existing BT contracts, at the time we were too far away from contract end to be viable but I thought I'd try again 3 months ago given we were moving and being forced into another 5 year term with BT. Yasmine was great with the quoting and I'm very happy with the prices and B3 are even paying off our existing contract. Ben was lovely showing us the system and contracts and we've just had the equipment installed by Chris and Marcus. It was a far cry from BT Cloud's DIY approach. Everything was set up for us down to speed dials on some handsets and Marcus expertly showed us how to use the system so our team has been able to seamlessly transition. Couldn't fault the service of the entire team. Thoroughly recommend.

We are awaiting our leaseline installation when we move premises soon so will update then on how that went.
