AZZE Media LLP - AVOID THIS COMPANY. They advertise on Facebook. Shipped a totally inferior product to what I had ordered. Then spent 2 weeks suggesting they were sorting the problem and would advise new shipping date. After registering a complaint with PayPal they wrote claiming my order had been delivered by their reliable courier.......At best they are incompetant and worst just a scam company. I notice their website is now unavailable. PayPal should not be providing a service to this 'business'.

Unfortunately like every other review on here this company has been successful in scamming me, took my money on order which was back in June. Bizarrely they always answer my emails but its the same old story, its shipped but due to Covid it will take longer !
I have respectfully asked for a refund so i can buy my item from elsewhere but they ignore that and keep telling me to be patient. Absolute con artists !!!

Like all other reviews this company are scammers. Bought a dog toy which arrived useless plastic no instructions, nothing but fit for the bin. E mailed several times oh they are sorry blah blah but done nothing about it, should not be advertising on facebook.

I ordered a light product from this company. What I received was nothing like what they advertised, and I am getting no luck with refund through paypal. Azze wants me to return item, then, supposedly, they will refund my money, leaving me out the shipping expense. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Same experience as everyone else. Bought a relatively small value item in July and still not received. Paid by paypal and they are still investigating.
Azze now keep emailing me saying the item is on its way, but tracking says it arrived in UK six weeks ago and then nothing more.
I also think they are absolute scammers.

Ordered an item from Azze via a Facebook advertisement. After several e mails back and forth I have given up, the order was made in July and I still have not received the item. Standard reply emails stating courier delays and loads of excuses. The item was not of high value, under £20, so it is not worth me pursuing legally but they have hundreds of orders not fulfilled....... they must be making a good income from their dishonesty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, 100% SCAM!!

I ordered a dog toy in July, after quite a few emails from myself and excuses from them I eventually received the toy last week.
I didn’t realise it was made from flimsy plastic when I ordered it. It arrived in just a plastic bag, no packaging at all. Needless to say it was damaged.
Even if it wasn’t damaged would not have been fit for purpose.
I emailed them again about this and was asked to send photographic evidence, which I did right away. This was last Friday.
I have emailed them today asking for a refund. I don’t expect to get one.
The advert for this toy was on social media.
I am thinking of contacting Trading Standards.

I think this is a scam. I placed an order two months ago, and have still not received my items. I contacted them , and they keep replying, its on its way.

SCAM its been 4 months and I STILL have not received my item.
I keep emailing but just get told

SCAM....RUN....SCAMMERS. Ordered in May been shipping since June not even in the US yet. No refunds. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM SEARCH ENGINES AND SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

I ordered some magnifying glasses from these people way back in June and am still waiting for them. Like everybody else they sent several emails to say the items were on their way, but due to Covid 19 there was a delay, blah, blah, blah. But they took the money from my account as soon as it was ordered (which I am sure is illegal until you receive the goods). They used the excuse that the goods were from abroad and it would take some time by plane. What a load of b******s! I have received orders from abroad (not by these people, I hasten to add) which were ordered after June and they came within the allotted time stated!!! However, I have now sent all emails to another sauce whom I hope will get my money back for me.

Unlike some of you i actually had a parcial refund as i took it to a fraud squad its taken about 8 months of back and fourth. I had ordered from a few of the facebook advert sites and i have found that they are all bogus if you ordered say a chair bed, they give you a traking number, when you track in a week /3 weeks it says delivered but you have not had the item. So i went to my local postal office and they have had millions of complaints. Yes i have had a delivery but it was not a chair bed it was a plastic car or a ring or a small item. So they get it that you have had a delivery but of something to the value of pennies not the price they took from you.
SO DONT ORDER ANYTHING OFF THE FACEBOOK ADDS
Its a scam / fraud.

Punch embroidery set advertised on Instagram, order never arrived, a complete scam.
The advert is still running, now under a different seller's name, I don't know how they can get away with it!

Ordered the Super B Gel Aug, 11, 2020, today is Sept, 4, 2020 and still no Super B Gel. By the looks of all the comments, doesn't look like I'm going to be receiving, what a scam! Their "website" azze.co doesn't even work. Sure wish I would have found these reviews BEFORE I ordered. - Dan

Same issue as the other reviewers. Your product will be at youre doorstep soon.
They dont respond at mail etc. And the product never comes.

I do not recommend, dishonest seller, very poor contact, never again
