Customer service is very poor.

While the staff are polite and friendly, they don't seem to be able to provide basic assistance very well.

I have called up for assistance and always get Rochelle. She has never been able to resolve my simple call the first time. I always have to call back (previous contact about interest to see a breakdown of what I was paying also required multiple calls)

This time around, I am on my third call and escalated to a snarky -- I'm guessing team leader because she is transferring to another manager as I write this. (I worked in call centres for years, the snarky response of this TL was unwarranted, argumentative, talking over me and rude under the guise of her projecting those things were coming from me) The next person I spoke with was friendly again and has explained that this is not a typical thing they are asked for and they will check with another person to see if they can do it

What is it I am asking for?
On a business equipment loan, I am asking for a financial statement for tax
July 1 to June 30 with interest and fees

That's it. That's all I want. My other loan companies provide these in a simple and accessible manner

Apparently, the reason they are giving me- they can't show me a financial year of interest is because it was an amortisation loan… so, because they knew what the interest would be every month for the entirety of the loan before the loan was granted, they are unable to show the financial years monthly interest? seems silly to me
