people say the servers are laggy don't see the great price to performance ratio offered

The hosting is cheap but super laggy. They have indian nodes, but every few days I'm facing network issues with the server, and the mod who is in charge of support ignores messages when a ticket is made and always gives the same answer: they will inform the data centre, and the ticket gets closed. I would like to make a formal complaint, if that's possible.

The price is cheap and the owner is friendly too he atleast responds to the issues

Are issues are here just like fake flying bug and crashes are annoying but overall Hosting is way better than others

Heavily bottle-necked by CPU. An 8GB RAM server crashes for one lucky block constantly because CPU is slow. Other than that, for vanilla, its good for 1-2 players.
