Communication was good. Got timely alerts. Delivery came as per the communication. Ordered Vaidyendu balm. Packing was good.

Refund seems impossible...
Webpage is well made, it is easy to book a consultation with a doctor and the prices are reasonable for that. The big problem for me was that once I canceled (in advance) the consultation I didn't get back my money in automatic. I sent already few mesaages, now I had to send the statement of my card payment and I hope to get my money back. For an online company that should not be soooo complicated. For that reason I will not use that seller anymore.
