They have delivered our milk for years, and have been extremely reliable - always prompt, the milk is always fresh, and the accounts are accurate.

We have been customers since they commenced their rounds in Newton Aycliffe. We have had no issues and always found them to be very accommodating. Milk is always delivered on time however on the rare occassions where incidents have occured (break downs, accidents, etc) we have received notification via facebook page.

I was so pleased to find out that AyCliffe dairy deliver milk and other things direct to your door. It may be slightly more expensive than Tesco, but you have that service where you know that you’re never going to run out of milk or orange or eggs or bread. Invoice is sent through WhatsApp and account created online for you, what more could you ask for? Just brilliant.

We have got our milk from here for over 3 years now and we absolutely love it! We 10/10 recommend and wouldn’t use anywhere else! Our order is always left safely at our home. Customer service is excellent and always friendly. Can input holidays easily on the website for when we go away which makes it easy to manage and avoid wastage. Feels so good to support local and the produce is amazing! The milk is our favourite it tastes so fresh and creamy and we just couldn’t go back to buying from the supermarkets now. Best move I’ve ever made. I love having a door step delivery. Very reliable service. In my opinion the milk tastes much better than the supermarket. It cost a little more, but it is worth every penny.

And service. Delicious milk, reliably supplied. The Aycliffe team went out of their way to help when we had a bit of trouble with a thief and when we couldn't stop unwanted deliveries of other items which h had nothing to do with the company. We just had a Brazilian family staying. They and the 3year old couldn't get over the quality of milk they were so happy to see on the doorstep.
