Edit - Thanks support for responding to the post and assisting with sending out a replacement SSD. Will provide a final update once completed.
Axiom Support hasn't responded to either of the two emails I sent on 2/19/26 or on 2/24/26. Maybe they will read it here.
I bought a pc from them on 12/9/26 as a Christmas present for my 13 year old.
It's been used a handful of times since and then a week ago we turned it on to find the message below.
Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key when powered on.
Reached out to Axiom warranty contact first and the email bounced back and the address doesn't work...always a good sign.
Then on to reaching out to support twice and they can't be bothered to even acknowledge receiving the email. To say the experience is underwhelming is putting it mildly.
Working on next steps now.
