Terrible company. I ordered an advent puzzle that still hasn’t arrived. So, I found the same puzzle on Amazon and it arrived the next day. Don’t waste your time or money with this place.

Placed an order on Nov8th did not receive any conformation email for my order but they did take the money out of my bank account on the same day. Sent them 3 emails still no response or product. Very frustrated they were going to Christmas presents. Had no choice but to give them 1 star if I did, they wouldn't get any from me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered my wife a puzzle calendar for Christmas in October. It’s now December and I never got it and I have no tracking number. They just took my money and haven’t responded to emails. Going to report them to the BBB as scammers.

Ordered spice bottles and one was crushed. Could have been packaged better

These people are crooks. I've had the same problem as everyone else. Unresponsive customer service. Shipping takes forever and I'm still not sure if I'll get it. Please don't order from this company.

I ordered the Advent calendar and received an email stating I would get a tracking number soon. Ten days later I emailed the company about a tracking number. They sent me a tracking number showing my order had been shipped the day I had sent my complaint. I won't get it in time to start using the advent puzzle for the first days of December. That is if they really sent the shipment.

So much for the Advent calendar I ordered. The money is gone, the calendar hasn't shown up, and tomorrow is Dec. 1st. I thought ordering it a month early would suffice. Don't do business with this company.

they don't deserve 1 star. I order the advent calendar never rec'd a confirmation for my order, they took the money out of my account and i can't get a reply from this company......scam, buyer beware

I ordered the advent calendar the first week of November and still have not received it. They have one more day before 12/1. I have tried to cancel the order and they said please wait one more week. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Purchased 2 Advent calendars in October - received confirmation of order as paid through PayPal - they sent tracking link however you cannot track and still no sign of calendars!!! No response to email or enquiries 😡

This review only has 1 star, but I wouldn’t even give them that. I ordered elf on the shelf stuff they advertised for my little one on 11/02 and i have yet to receive any email notifications of shipping. They haven’t responded to any of my email inquiries on this either. This company appears to be a scam. $49 I don’t even know if I will get back. Truly disappointing. Do not purchase anything from this company.

Structure-wise the shoes were ok and held up well to a lot of time on the court. There was zero cushioning though, and you can’t remove the insoles to put in other ones. I got some gel insoles that just have to be slipped inside, which throws off the fit and they slide around. These shoes just could not support me well, and they were not comfortable to play in.

I ordered 3 advent puzzle calendars advertised on Facebook on 11/2. 2 emails sent with no response. Finally, I get a shipping updated email on 11/17, good news right? No! It’s now 11/23 and it still just says shipping information received. I’ve confirmed it’s coming from China. The odds of it actually being received by the start of advent or hell any time in early December are slim to none. I sent another email to “customer service” that I’m quite sure I’ll never get a response to. So mad!

With mininal usage there is tear in the shoe seam

I bought 3 pairs of pants. First they don't tell you it is US Dollars, then 1 pair cost me $20 USD, in fact the quality is so bad it is worse no more than $2 dollars.
Threads were hanging out of the pants, at the top and legs,, I have never seen such rubbish

If I could I would give 1/4 star. Product shown on Facebook sight shows a very large sun catcher of a beach scene. What I received was a very poorly made 1 3/4 inch disc with a painted on star fish, shell and wave. The disk was dull and made like garbage. Wish I would have checked about this companies reputation before I purchased anything.

Wanted these to fit so badly, but these fall short in terms of being a true D wide width. They are super cute, but won't work for the fat footed girlies with spilling over the sides.

I purchased sea glass ornaments that were advertised as 6” and when they arrived they were 1”,,,, so small. I emailed to return them and never received a response. AVOID this company.

Order never received and no response from the company, YOU! to my complaint. I've learned: Always check reviews before ordering!
