Hey, some of our hoodies are printed on Gildan heavy blend which is a really popular fit that many customers like but I totally understand your preference. We are also working on sourcing some blanks and our limited run hoodies are printed on a heavier premium option.

Gio, I just looked into the status of your return request. I see you submitted a request for an exchange but we have not yet received your original item back so we have not sent you a replacement. We generated a shipping label for you and gave that to you on January 11th. Looking at the tracking, it looks like you still have not dropped off your original hoodie at USPS to ship back to us.
For exchanges, we require you ship your original back and then we send you the replacement. This is information we provided to you back in January.
You also requested a Youth Large as the size you'd like for your replacement but this is not a size we offer. Our sizes for that hoodie are adult Small - 5XL.
We can happily replace your original hoodie with a new hoodie if you tell us what size (S-5XL) or we can offer you a refund if you return your garment to us. We appreciate your business and apologize for the mixup.
I hope you can reconsider your review as we have not yet sent you a replacement hoodie as we are waiting for you to complete the return of the original. If you have any questions at all you can reply to our emails to you about the return or email be@awakehappy.com.

Worth every penny
This company has such a unique and relatable message. I tend to buy from small businesses when I can and the flow between the designs and the message are outstanding. The hoodie you are describing is something we describe on our website as a middleweight and the fit is considered true to size. It is not a baggy fit nor a heavy hoodie. This hoodie is 8.0 oz/yd² or 271.25 g/m² which is known in the industry as a middleweight.
The expectation for hoodies is certainly changing to a more loose garment so I can understand why you would feel it is small and not baggy.
Happy to help you size up but it sounds like you are searching more for a heavy hoodie which we will be offering soon.

I really like my new hoodie
I really like my new hoodie. My only complaint is that that runs a little small. I will have to be very careful washing it or else it will not fit me in the futurer. Otherwise I have no complaints. The material is nice and soft the graphic is very bold and I like it a lot. So if you are thinking about getting some clothes from here I recommendit.. Just keep in mind that the sizes run very close and you may want to go up a size on some stuff.

Thanks for the feedback Steven. Our hoodies are considered "true to size" in mens sizing but the industry is currently shifting and I am noticing more are expecting looser garments. I can see why you'd feel this is a small garment and happy to offer a free exchange if you're interested.
